    If you want to find a car that you will love, go see Scott S*****! Honest, down to earth, ready to help you find that right car you will feel right at home in. And he’s very patient and respectful! Just an all around great guy! Love him. He’s the Best!

    Scott Skaggs was amazing! He listened to my requests and picked out 3 automobiles for me to try. He made sure the SUV that I chose had all the specifications I asked for, especially good gas mileage. I absolutely love my new Honda CR-V. If you are looking for a new ride you should definitely call Scott!

    Nissan will not stand behind their cars I got a Nissan 2014 Sentra who has a CVT engine in it. There was an extended warranty on there but no one called no One emailed me and no one sent me anything in the mail so now I'm stuck paying $6,200 for a transmission which I will not do. If I were you I would stay away from Nissan because they don't stand behind their cars.

    This complaint has nothing to do with Swope Nissan. This warranty was a extension by Nissan Motors and we have no control over warranty extensions. There is also no records of this customer ever being in our service dept.

    Service Department is flaky blamed bad battery on vibration lame excuse.The service manager must have went to the old school of excuses blaming a loose positive connection on engine vibration. Car left me stranded had to call roadside service. Two weeks later same problem battery is dead again just bought this car new used and the drive indicator switch was not plugged in according to service department. Aren’t all cars checked before selling them? Tires were unserviceable also dealer said cheap tires put on car when sold new? Car only had ten thousand miles and dealer service department says the Dunlop tires were cheap. So this dealership is quick to throw Nissan under the bus. It’s their brand! Not at all impressed with the service department. If you bad mouth the line of cars you sell and make excuses for poor workmanship and product line then how can I have faith in your ability to service my car correctly? This car is under warranty and I’m not at all happy with Nissan or Swope. I’m loosing time off work today taking care of a problem should have been fixed two weeks ago. Second time car won’t start in two weeks probably the battery since the positive post was so loose I could remove it by lifting it off the post. The battery is probably ruined but they said it was vibration. I would love to tell Nissan they have to create a re call on their cars due to vibration issues and see how they respond. You can’t make this up this excuse come out of the service managers mouth!
