    My daughter was scammed out of $20 today when she got her nails done. They upcharged her without telling her. She’s 16. Her nails look horrible as well - I have pictures. There are so many scuffs around her toes she may likely get an infection. We only asked for the $20 refunded but they said she was lying. I know that she wasn’t because she used her own money to pay for this & only planned to get a basic pedicure. They completely took advantage of a teenager!

    This is from classy nails response to the customer complaint, on the February 2 the owner of classy nails went to visit Cambodia and we just came back  on the February 19 and received this complaint letter,
    On that day her daughter came in by herself to had pedicures done with gel polish on her toe nails that cost her 50$ plus 5$ more with french tip and sparkly all of her toe nails total was 55$, if she got pedicures with regular polish on her toenails that only cost 30$, but when her daughter came in she pick up the gel polish and she showed the person who did her pedicures on her phone how she want it look like with the sparkly and the person who did her toenails told her the colour that she pick was gel polish and asked her “did you want gel polish on your toenails?”. she say yes with showing the picture in her phone how she want it like. She kept saying we’re scamming even on that day she wrote and post on our classy nails page that we’re scam even we try to explain to her.
