              They pick the times you get service and lie to you all the time, claim they call when the don't . They don't tell you when an aid has Covid after being in your home. They just are not a good company to have care for your family member.

              I am always sorry to have a client unhappy with our services. This is a very challenging time to have a business and to find employees. In this case, in almost 2 years this client has had 876 visits from the SAME caregiver. The schedulers always try to call the 3 phone numbers on file with no answer and a case manager visits once a month. We do not claim to be perfect and during Covid we had strict Covid policies. If we picked a time to have services it could be that a regular caregiver called out and a different caregiver could only go a specific time to ensure care that day. We work very hard to please our Clients, Through our scheduling program, everything, every call, clocking in and out of homes, every phone call is documented so we can be accurate in what we report. We try very hard to do our best at Tender Touch Senior Services.
