    On February 12th I took my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to the dealership because I had a check engine light on. According to ******** and the previous repair shop I had visited The code was for a camshaft phaser. They first cleared the code. And then could not get it to come back on. They claimed they had test drove the van three times for 1 hour cycles. That they had let it run and nothing had made the code go off. Even though my oil was changed in January at a swope dealership In Elizabethtown, they claimed I was two quarts low on oil and that was probably the reason that the code was tripped. A service advisor named ***** told me and my husband that if for some reason the code was to go back off, that would be all they would need to reach out to my extended warranty company (EasyCare) and start the process of getting the camshaft phasers replaced. After paying them $185 for a diagnostic fee, I started on my 1 hour drive home. 15 minutes from reaching my home the check engine light came back on. I first drove to advanced automotive and had them scan and read the code. Again an active code for camshaft phasers. We then called ***** and he told us that he would start the process of contacting the warranty and have them replace the problem. It has been a month since that conversation, there has been a lot of phone calls with no responses and text messages to the dealership with no reply. Half the time they won't even answer the phone when we call. We triedto talk to the general manager and he did not return our phone call. I called my warranty company and they told me that Glenn service department has never reached out to them once. At this point, even after you reach out to them, I do not trust them to do any work on my vehicle. I would like my diagnostic fee back so I can take it to another dealership. This is my only vehicle that I can transport all of my children in their car seats safely. The car drives poorly and uses up a lot of gas while this problem exist.

    We purchased a brand new 2023 Ram 2500. Within days it started presenting electrical problems. The high beams turn on every time you turn left. We reported it, have videos, etc. dealership kept the truck for two weeks and could not “replicate the problem” and refused to fix it. The sales manager even saw it with his own eyes and acknowledged it but still nothing was done. Immediately upon gaining possession back again it started doing it again. They had every opportunity to turn this around and failed. Additionally, we negotiated for a spray in bed liner. The dealership hired a company that left yellow tape residue and overspray in multiple places all across our new truck. They also failed to hook back up our bed plug. Dealership stated they made repairs and we drove more then a hundred miles to pick it up to discover they had done nothing. Zero quality control. I would not recommend this dealership if they were the last one in the country.
