    On March 17, 2025 @ 6:17pm I notified the salon that I needed to cancel my membership due to getting an eye procedure done. I was told that I needed to fill out a form after I used my last credits but they would text me the form now. I contacted them on phone number ###-###-####.

    On March 27th @ 1:30pm the salon verified they had received my cancellation form but instead just froze my account until May 3rd incase the eye dr cleared me to return.

    On March 28th @ 430pm I physically went into the salon for my final appointment and explained that my eye dr appointment wasn’t until May 31st. I had received a call that day for the booking and i wouldn’t know until then if I could return. She then moved my frozen account to June 3rd instead of just canceling the membership. I let them know I might have to fully cancel if I simply don’t get cleared after my procedure to get lashes again. They said that’s fine just call us after your appointment on May 31st.

    May 5th I get a membership charge. I noticed it on May 8th and spoke to the salon @ 4:35pm @ ###-###-#### and was assured I would receive a refund as it was their mistake and would receive a text after it was processed.

    May 12th I contacted ###-###-#### for an update on my refund. Now I’m being told they don’t “offer refunds” for any reason even when they over charge and that I need to contact cooperate @###-###-#### which I called on 5/12 @ 12:25 pm.. you can’t talk to a person they only take voicemails. No response I’ve also emailed [email protected] on May 12 @4:13pm est. no response I’ve. I contacted the salon again on May 13th and was told they can’t do anything. I asked to speak with the franchise owner and was told she would call me but wasn’t given information to contact her.
