  this company gives you no notice of coming to your house or anything they just come and then send you a bill! even have them on video climbing up the ladder and 2 minutes later they're coming down off the ladder!

  We are an automated service that utilizes weather data and seasonal patterns to determine the most appropriate days and times to dispatch our technicians for gutter cleaning. This approach allows us to provide efficient service within the optimal cleaning windows, ensuring the best results and avoiding rescheduling due to inclement ********** this time, we are unable to locate an account or service record based on the information provided in the complaint. To assist further, we kindly request the name and address where the service allegedly took place so that we may investigate this matter properly.We would also like to clarify that our technicians are trained professionals whose primary job is gutter cleaning. Their efficiency is often mistaken for a lack of thoroughness, but they are experienced in assessing and cleaning standard residential gutter systems in a short amount of time without compromising ********** part of our business model, we do not always provide prior notice before a visit. This is noted in our service terms to allow flexibility around unpredictable weather patterns. However, customers are not billed unless service is confirmed to have been completed.We are committed to resolving this issue and will gladly review any video or documentation if provided to ensure all service expectations were met.

  Very disappointed in the dishonesty of Cincy Gutter Boys regarding gutter cleaning they performed June 30. Water poured over the front of the gutter during a storm days after the gutters were reportedly cleaned and declared clear of all debris and obstructions. They came back July 14 and again said there were no obstructions causing gutter to overflow. Subsequent call to Cincy Gutter Boys made it clear they would do nothing more even though they claim they fully flush the system and verify all debris is removed from the gutter system. Hiring another gutter service disclosed accumulated debris and obstruction of the downspout connection to the gutter at the end of the gutter run where it connects to the downspout. Removal of the downspout elbow following completion of Cincy Gutter Boys gutter cleaning service disclosed debris clogging the connection. The dishonesty of Cincy Gutter Boys in charging for incomplete work and the excuses and speculation after they sent out a crew a second time which obviously didn't do anything but reaffirm the entire gutter system was clear definitely disqualifies them from consideration for any future work. Overall rating assigned is zero stars but the system forces at least 1 star.

  The customer’s home is equipped with a gutter guard system purchased and installed independently of our company. While our crews worked to clean the guard system and flush the gutters to the best extent possible, these types of systems often restrict access and can allow debris to accumulate in areas that are not visible without removal of the guards. This is one of the reasons we do not recommend gutter guard systems — they can create the appearance of a “clean” gutter while still allowing blockages to form in concealed areas, leading to the types of overflow issues described here. We would like the opportunity to speak with this customer about the statements made in this review regarding another company’s reported findings so we can better understand their observations and how they reached their conclusions.   The configuration of the gutters was discussed when service was originally requested. Assurances were provided that this was not a problem and the vendor deals with them all the time. Photo documentation exists for what was removed by the second service provider removing the debris blocking the gutter and downspout system. Cincy Gutter Boys repeatedly stated that there was nothing in the system obstructing rainwater flow including the second crew that was sent out which I had to flag down before they took off. It was unclear what they did if anything. I heard NOTHING from Cincy Gutter Boys about any problems after they performed the initial work or the follow-back. I have had to initiate all contact regarding what was done. Jobs should not be accepted that you cannot (or will not) complete. I'd be happy to discuss further with Cincy Gutter Boys - but from this experience my expectations are very low. The vendor knows how to contact me if they're genuinely interested in following up.

Additional expense was incurred with another service provider to resolve problem associated with incomplete work performed by Cincy Gutter Boys. Dispute of the Cincy Gutter Boys charge for their services has been submitted to credit card company.

  I purchased gutters from Cincy gutter bags two years ago. I should have known what to expect when they offered an insane gutter insurance. (why do I need to insure my gutters?) After install they claim gutters are only guaranteed to work if you purchase continued cleaning services (a few hundred dollars a year minimum). The gutters they installed are already falling off the fascia board, allowing leaks behind the gutters and under the shingles. *** had to hire a ********* to correct install mistakes. two years after install. two years. They also attached a 6 downspout to a 4 drain. It overflows every time it rains, Leaving water around the foundation.

  I called the Gutter Crew about my problem. They said they would come out and fix their two year old install, falling apart already, allowing water into my attic, causing water damage to my home. They never showed up. Problem not solved. Thanks so much for your timely responses on BBB. A multi million dollar companies neglect should be responsible for the damage their neglect causes on their customers. ********************** should be paying for the repairs in going to have to make, or reimbursing me for the money Ive already paid to have working gutters installed.

  My most recent experience with Cincy Gutter Boys was very poor. I have used them for the past several years however, this past year they continually try to upsell and the customer service has declined. They recently cleaned my gutters and installed a new gutter on the back. With the recent spring rains (several weeks following the cleaning), I noticed 2 of the gutters were clogged and overflowing. I notified the company and asked them to evaluate and correct the problem. They should not be clogged if the gutters were properly cleaned. I expected that they would come sooner since they had already services. It has been 6 weeks since I reported the problem and, I am still waiting. They said they would return in 2 weeks. I followed up after 2 weeks and was given the same time frame. While I understand they have other customers in line, correcting an error and standing by your work is expected. I paid another company to ****** the 2 gutters. I will never use Cincy Gutter Boys again. They used to be a great company but have gone downhill. I would ask for my money back for the gutter cleaning service --a service clearly not received---but that fight will take too much of my time. I have already wasted far too much time on them.

  In October 2024, I trusted Cincy Gutter Boys to install new gutters on my home for $1,900. I paid a $500 deposit and agreed to make monthly payments. I genuinely believed I was hiring a reputable company — but I could not have been more wrong.
  Within just a few months, water started leaking into my first-floor bedroom during every rainfall. The water damage is right behind the gutter line where their work was done. Now my ceiling and wall are ruined — and getting worse every time it rains.
  When I called to ask for help, I was told they wouldn’t even come look at the problem until I paid off the entire balance. On top of that, they claimed I had to pay for a separate gutter cleaning plan or the warranty wouldn’t be honored — something that was never explained before or during installation. In fact, the crew told me I’d receive two free cleanings a year. That never happened either.
  I felt backed into a corner, so I hired another gutter company to come inspect everything on April 8, 2025. I didn’t tell them the gutters were new, and they immediately spotted serious issues with the installation. They provided a detailed plan to fix the problem the right way.
  I no longer feel safe allowing Cincy Gutter Boys to do any more work on my home. Their lack of accountability, failure to honor their own warranty, and refusal to even inspect their own work is beyond disappointing — it’s negligent.
  I have stopped payments and filed a dispute with my bank. I am not asking for more repairs from them — I just want them to pay for the damage their poor workmanship caused to my bedroom and release me from the rest of the payment plan.
  I have all supporting documents, photos, and the inspection report. This entire experience has been stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable if they had simply stood behind their work.

  Cincy Gutter Boys literally made it possible for us to buy our home. We were looking at a 120+ year old house that needed to have box gutters replaced. Cincy Gutter Boys are the only ones who worked with us to come look at the gutters while we were seeing the home, before we closed on it. Other companies gave ballpark estimates without getting on the roof. They didn't seem knowledgeable about box gutters or eager to work on them. Cincy Gutter Boys was thousands of dollars less expensive than anyone else. We couldn't have bought the house if we also had to spend $35k on gutters. They were also way more pleasant to work with. They always showed up when they said they were going to; their employees were so nice. They completely rebuilt our box gutters and they look amazing!
