    Received an unsolicited email from this business on 4/1/23 at my work email address, which I do not disclose outside of normal business. Author suggested that their contact was based on my profile on a site called ******, which I have never used for any purpose. Email appears to be a cold contact soliciting for franchise advisory services. However, due to the nature of the contact being related to some "profile" on a 3rd party service I am unfamiliar with and have never used, I feel this is an attempt to commit some kind of fraud with my personal information. I do not know how Evergreen Franchise Advisors received my personal information, but if it is realted solely to MyJibe, it is highly suspicious. I contacted MyJibe through their website two weeks ago attempting to determine how this fraudulent profile could have been set up without my knowledge, but I have yet to hear back from them. In any case, I want Evergreen to acknowledge how they received my personal information, what gave them any legal right to access said information, and to assist me by expunging the information from both their records as well as their source's records. My first course of action is through the BBB. My second will be through my state's Attorney General's Office. Thank you for your assistance.

    I think this person is either responding to the wrong business or the complaint is erroneous.  My business offers financial advisory services to individuals.  We do not and are not permitted to send out mass emails.  I have no client or record of any email to or from this individual.  We do not have do anything with franchises.  The website referenced is not connected to me or my business.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    It appears that this complaint may have been misdirected. A Google search for "Evergreen Franchise Advisors BBB" yielded this website as the first option, on which I made the complaint. Further research seems to indicate that the subject company is based in Marietta, GA, but many companies operate in multiple states, so I was unsure if Covington, KY may not have been a home office of sorts.

     I trusted Google and BBB to direct me to the appropriate business, but it appears that trust was misplaced. Sincere apologies to Evergreen FINANCIAL Advisors.
