I bought a 10kt gold brilliant 5 ct lab grown diamond tennis necklace back on 2/26/24 from this company. I went to put it in last night for the first time 4/14/24, and it literally snapped off in 2 different places. I paid a good amount for this necklace. I emailed the company and they say it’s been 30 days so basically they can’t do anything. Who runs a business like that? It’s obviously poorly and cheaply made and they’re selling it for a very high amount plus a buyers premium. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card because they weren’t willing to even fix it or help me out in anyway. To make it right. They are making tons of money selling, but I consider costume jewelry at best. There is no way if it was made well would it have broken without me wearing it and that it would snap off in two places. I was literally shocked and saddened last night …so now I have to go find someone that will fix it because I paid a good amount for it and I’m wondering, if it came out of a gumball machine ? This Company needs to be shut down or make it right for the junk they are selling.Business Response

This customer purchased a necklace from our company, and two months after receiving it claimed it arrived broken. It is not our policy to refund or exchange products with damages 2 months after the item arrives. As an auction company, we do not offer extended warranties. I paid $322.56 for a wallet in an auction. I clearly stated that my shipping address was **** ******** and my shipping address was **** ******. The auction company sent the package to my bill to address and therefore the package was lost and I never received it. I emailed their customer service and they refused a refund even though they sent it to the wrong address. I have an invoice from them that clearly states they confirmed my ship to address but then sent it to my billing.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I was sent an invoice from the merchant with the correct ship to address confirming that they were sending it to my shipping address and not my billing. After that, they sent it to my billing for some reason.

I have received numerous correspondence threatening collection fees and resale of items sold. I have provided a credit card number which they say was "declined", but could not give a reason. Because there is no reason. The funds were there. I have sent the money via their preferred method. They sent me "directions" but it was only banking information. No instructions. I have done my best in good faith and have submitted the appropriate payment to their banking institution, which I have asked them to confer with and get back to me (which has not happened). I am frustrated that I followed THEIR directions and now they are threatening me.Business Response

I bid on and won two items. The ran my card for a small amount to prove it was legit, and then refunded it (all as normal) and then when it was time for them to send my items they refused to run my card and demanded a wire transfer. They sent an email threatening legal action and heavy fines for non payment if I refused to wire. They state that my card address doesn’t match my id address. My card has my prior address listed but I was able to confirm that address, as well as sent a copy of my id. The fact that they refuse to run a card where there is protection for buyer and seller and demand a wire with threats is a huge red flag. This company is obviously up to something shady and needs to be shut down immediatelyBusiness Response

Certain purchases of higher value items require wire transfer payment when an address or other identity measures can not be determined. We also require wire transfer payment of certain high value items regardless if identity can be verified due to risk. This is not "shady" and is a standard business practice when dealing with high value items.

Attached is the listing for this customers item, as well as three emails from today where the customer makes threats and curses unprovoked, We have sold over 300 of these exact bracelets as they are a closeout for a major jewelry chain store. There has never been an issue. This item is not gold, and was not sold as such. It was listed as 14kt gold overlay brass. The diamonds are natural.
This is a $999 retail bracelet that this customer purchased in our auction for $60. I couldn't be happier to purchase this item back if the customer wishes to mail it back. I'm honestly confused by this as the accusations here are baseless and completely untrue.

I was led to believe that the jewelry appraisal from Premier Gem Laboratory for a ring I purchased was authentic and real. I purchased a ring for 800 dollars with shipping and added expenses it rounded up to $1,003. I took the jewelry to a GIA certified appraiser and he informed me that the ring valued at $9,500 was in fact fake and not worth any where close to what was paid. I spoke with the lead auctioneer Adam who refused to give me his last name and haven't been offered a refund for the issue, just a guarantee the appraisal is real and the ring is worth the amount listed. I believe they are running a fraud based business and should no longer be able to sell any items from now on. Below is the description for the following item. Every detail is 100% accurate. This ring was purchased for $700 + auction fees. I did speak to this customer and told her that the information is accurate, and that has not changed. Gold purity, diamond weight and any gemstone treatments are accurately noted. This customer seems to be confused on the meaning of "Retail Replacement Value" - which is not guaranteed, nor can it be guaranteed by any company that sells jewelry. This is a price point for insurance purposes that a piece of jewelry can be replaced at full retail value, anywhere in the country. Retail Replacement Value is covered in our terms and conditions thoroughly, and is listed below.
As for a return, all the customer had to do was ask for a return. We would be more than happy to have this ring back. It would be against our terms & conditions to do so, but it's not an issue at all. We sell 50,000+ pieces of jewelry per year, and rarely ever have someone with this issue.

On April 23, 2023, I won an auction for what was listed as a 10 karat gold 1 total karat weight diamond ring. The total amount I was billed was $366.80. The purchase included an appraisal which stated that the replacement cost for the ring was appraised at $4365 and contained multiple natural round diamonds. I wanted to resell the ring, and although I did not expect to sell it for that price, I did expect that I had gotten what I paid for. I took the ring to a jeweler for cleaning, and asked if I could look at the ring under their magnifier to see the diamonds up close for myself. Upon looking, they informed me that the stones were not diamonds. They tested them, and said they were actually white sapphires, which are significantly less valuable. As AABids.com is supposed to stand behind the authenticity of the items they sell, I contacted them twice to see how to receive a reimbursement for my payment, as the item sold to me was not a diamond ring as stated. I have received no reply from them. All I would like is my $366.80 back. Thank you.Business Response
