    Hired by our Home Warranty Co., They came 7/24/25 to look at our A/C unit & immediately said it needs Freon & it's not covered. So we paid $130. via check. It also needed a part but that was covered. My husband was pretty sure it was covered & after they left, he checked our policy & it WAS in fact covered. He then called the company & of course no response. They always say ****** who handles payments is gone for the day. Finally calling our HW Co. & They call them we finally spoke to her. She said they were coming Fri & bringing the check bcuz they did cash ours.They never came. Then last mon they said they mailed it. Never came.Then yesterday she told me some lame money order story about giving a money order to a tech but the wrong one. Still nothing & their not far so I know it's just lies. We get stuff faster from our son in CA. She also told the same lame story about the owner being in the hospital & they couldn't write checks that we saw from another complaint from June on BBB. All reviews on Google are absolutely sick. This Co. owes others money too & claims they've mailed their checks for the same thing. It's no wonder they seem to get work thru ONLY home warranty companies.My husband is a police officer & knows BS when he sees it. This Co. is totally scamming people & the warranty companies & trying to lie their way out of it to keep money. And the worst part they still need to come back. & Before, they came for 2 appliances & ordered wrong parts then told the Warranty Co that the parts we no longer available so our appliances had to be replaced. After replacing them we actually we found 1 part on ****** but it was too late.

    We were assigned to this business om our home warranty company.
    R&S came to the house, took an extra payment from us and said they would order a part.
    We never heard back from them and even our home warranty company said they cannot reach R&S.
    There are many, many 1 star reviews/complaints about tis company.

    As stated when we spoke on the phone, the owner is in the hospital and I have had a hard time reaching him due to his medial issues. I also told you that the check would be mailed to you as soon as possible. Also, you were charged for Freon as most customers do not have extra coverage for that and your warranty company does not tell us what policy you have purchased.

    This business was contracted by our home warranty company, ******** **** ******* They were very attentive at first (in early November 2024) when first investigating the issue and trying to fix what they initially thought was wrong but it was not the part that needed to be repaired.

    But, it is now the end of January 2025 and we still have no resolution of our problem. They lied about when they received the repair part from AHS. The lied to AHS contracting officials about contacting us and not being able to reach us when they never actually called. They told us they would come at least 4 times and no one showed. Their excuse was always that someone called off, but then they never prioritized getting anyone out early the next week or the next available time.

    I am all for supporting small businesses, but we are now 3 months without a working oven because this company won’t service us, and is lying to the warranty company about attempting to provide service and make contact when they have done nothing.

    This company does nothing but lie to customers and their contract carriers. They steal money from warranty companies and never actually finish the job.
