    On 9/3/22 I purchased online tickets/reservations to 3 events for 2 people at Leave No Trace Adventures (LNTA) FOR 288.72. * see attached confirmation email receipt. 9/6/22, My credit card account was debited for 288.72. On 10/13/22, I received 3 emails, one for each LNTA event, canceling them due to ******* testing positive for COVID. The emails also stated that a refund would be provided instead of rescheduling it was the buyers decision. See attached emails. The same day, I responded to all 3 cancellation emails requesting a refund. See attached emails. On 11/5/22, I sent an email to ********* LNTA, checking on my refund request. On 11/6/22 ********* LNTA, responded "refunded should have been processed already..I annoy check on my phone. Will check when I return this afternoon." See attached email string. She never responded after this message. 11/8/22, I sent an email asking her to check on my refund of 288.72 and thanked her for tracking it down. I did not receive a response. 11/9/22, I sent an email stating that I had checked with my credit union and there was no record of a refund. I did not receive a response. * see email string 11/13/22, I sent the last email to ********* Leave No Trace Adventures, stating that I would be forwarding any and all info regarding my refund of 288.72 to The BBB of Central Easrern KY.
    Any assistance the BBB an give me will be greatly appreciated.
