    Complaint Description: BBB took a complaint over the phone. Waiting for voice to text voicemail description to continue pursuing complaint.         Desired Outcome: Waiting for voice to text voicemail description to continue pursuing complaint.

    This is ******* ******* I'm filing against Reed's Home Solutions. I need them to finish the work if they want paid. They're demanding pay and have not completed the work, and they turned me over for not paying them to the credit bureau. They filed against my credit. I want the job finished and they will get paid when the job is finished, like I told them to begin with. Thank you. Phone number ************. Thank you. Bye.

    WV location has no BBB Profile I could find under name,  ph#, address . They had a website & ********.  Their website shows a BBB logo.  it shows they only service WV.  but the Consumer lives in Ohio & they did come 2 hrs to do his work. They just didn't finish it.  He insists they are one company.  Both say owner : *** ****    Help?  so then does it go to Canton for the WV location? or KY for the KY location?   *** ****** said WV drove up & did the work .  And are they accredited?

    We apologize that we did not see the first attempt to contact us regarding this complaint. This is the first complaint we have ever had with the BBB to our knowledge. 
    This customer, *** ******, contacted us originally wanting his mobile home leveled. We wrote up a work order as discussed on site, and he agreed to the scope of work. After we completed the work described in the work order and asked for payment, he said we were supposed to lift a foundation wall around his mobile home. This was never discussed on site and was not in the work order. He may have spoken with another company about this service, but it wasn’t us. We completed the work included in the work order and he still made it clear he had no intentions of paying us without the extra work being done to lift the foundation wall. To appease him, we offered to use foamjection to do this at no additional cost, just trying to collect the payment for the original work agreed to. He turned down the foamjection and still said he wouldn’t be paying because he wanted us to put wood under the skirt wall and use a bottle jack to lift the wall where he wanted it. His skirt wall on the outside had nothing to do with the leveling of the house that we had already completed. This was additional work he requested after the job was completed to improve the cosmetic appearance of his skirt wall around the mobile home. After multiple attempts to collect payment for the original work completed from the work order, even offering discounts, he refused to pay and we were left with no choice but to turn it over to collections.
