As outlined in the Terms of Agreement for Professional Contractor Services:
In the event either Party wishes to terminate the Agreement prior to the completion of the Services, that Party will be required to provide 30 days' written notice to the other Party.
The Client will be invoiced as outlined and agreed upon in the Terms of Agreement. In the event the Agreement is terminated by the Client prior to completion of services and without 30 days' written notice, the Contractor will be entitled to pro rata payment of the Compensation to the date of termination provided that there is no breach of contract on the part of the Contractor.
