    I took my car to P and S on May 3rd of this year. The owner **** **** said my car need spark plugs and a cool pack. I had to pay him up front for the parts. A few days go by and he called and said that didn’t fix it, the turbo was bad. I paid him $200 for the spark plugs and cool pack. Then had to pay him $650 so he could order the turbo. 3 weeks go by and he kept giving me excuses about not having the parts yet. Then said he ordered the wrong parts. He had it over a month and I wanted my car and money back. I got my car, he said he won’t refund my money once he sent the part back. It’s been 3 weeks since he said he sent the part back and he still won’t give me my money back. He also never changed the spark plugs and cool pack like he said he did. He has done this to several people. Wants people to pay up front and then just spends the money and doesn’t work on the vehicle.

    Pre paid for rear axle for my truck.paid $800.00 because he said I had to pre pay for the part.never received it.asked for refund never received the $800.00 back.am currently taking to civil court to try to get my money back..he has done this before to several people.read the reviews on google…!! Phill Rice (P&S) should NOT be in business…
