I applied for a **** ******* **** *n early February. I was told I would need $6500 for down payment if my-cosigner did not have a ID or if he did it would only be $6000 down. My co-signer did not have an ID so I gave $2100 down in cash and $4400 with my debcard and that was on 02/29/2024. On 03/01/2024 the car broke down and I informed the car dealership of it. They picked it up, and wanted me to pay for the repairs of the car in witch was $1400. The car was fixed a week later, and the same time Super Car Guys informed me that the bank that my application went through was asking for SSC for me and my co-signer. I Informed them that my co-signer would not be able to provide one since his wallet was stolen. I was informed by *** manager that I can take in W2 forms to prove to the bank our SSN I did ask *** to just give me my down payment since it has been too long since the process of attempting to buy the cart but he refused he stated that he would have to deduct the repairers for the car that I had only used for less then 24h hours and the cost would be $1400. By this time they still had the car and down payment. Its Mid March and I take my W2's and ****** a worker informed me that the bank did not approve me and they no longer can use the W2 forms. ****l stated he would try a different bank and he will get things ready for me. One week later I call Super Car Guys and was informed ****** left the dealership, I asked to speak with *** since no new update on the car or my money was available. *** stated he would not give my money back since i signed a contract, and that he would continue looking for another bank even when I have told them multiple times i'm no longer interested in the purchase a the vehicle. He informed me that all he is trying to do is help, he told me to go back on monday with 6 month proof of full coverage insurance and a new paystub since it had been a while since i took the first on in February. The USB with the contract is in the ******* they took back and won't return.
