    ict cut down 3 trees for me and damaged the side of my house, tore up the yard, killed bushes and broke two concrete slabs. said they would make things right and never did. even after all the calls I make and promises they said they refused to fix anything or pay for repairs. this was back in june 20225 and now it is 8/25. stay away from this tree company if you like your property. thier word means nothing.

    The company dropped a branch on our fiber optic line.
    We called for 10 days before we had to have a tech come out.
    I've requested reimbursement from ICT Tree, will update if it's resolved.
    However, based on communication so far, would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism.
    Every company makes mistakes, I get it. It's how you fix those mistakes that sets you apart.
