    On 27 September, I contacted Cheapest Tree work to get services for 3 Stump removals and tree removal. I made contact with **** ****** to remove the given request. **** went to my home looked at my request for removal, called me and quoted me $875 for removal. Services were completed on 2 October, I contacted **** on 2 October once services were completed to make payment and **** told me he would send me the information to make payment. **** said I can pay the $875 in cash or $875 with 3% processing fee with a card. On 8 October Cheapest Tree Work sent me a quote for $3,553.50. I’ve called 3 times to fix the quote and haven’t heard anything.

    The customer called first time left no message, we have 1 phone line and 1 person that answers for up to 55 customers in one week, he called the second time 2 minutes after the first time again no message, We tried calling the customer back, and he did not answer his phone, and we left a message. He then called the 3rd time and we answered, we apologized for the error on our part and immediately fixed the invoice while on the phone with him, and made sure it came thru his email correctly. ******* stated that he got it and thanked me for fixing it so quickly, and he understood and it was “all good”. To a day or two later we are getting a complaint from you which is a bit extreme for an invoice that was in error for less than a day. The owner did ask him to pay cash or check which is his preference on payment.
