    I went to tire and alignment to get my car fixed he said the price would be around 1400 I told him I was a single mother and didn't have that he called back a few mins later and said if I could bring 900 in cash he would fix it. I pick up the car and it still wasn't fixed I tried contacting after picking up and there was no answer I called *** *ollowing Tuesday he said he test drove it ans everything was working which was a lie. I take it to get a second opinion and there I found out that he messed my car up stripped bolts but bolts that were smaller and was unable ti be tighten correctly I then had to get his work redone and pay another shop 640.00 to redo the work I paid 900 for a month later. I have pictures, and documents proving that he messed up my car. I went to show him the proof and ask for the 640 I had to pay the other shop he then got upset yelled "get *** * outta my shop, then threw my receipt and bolts at me and proceeded to yell get *** * outta my shop u are trespassing and I will call the police. I never raised my voice I never cussed at him I was very respectful and professional during the interaction I have a witness to contest the actions. I also found out the guy that was yelling said he was the owner of wichita tire and alignment

    The customer had some work done but also required more work to be done and declined the other work.  Instead of bringing it back here for any warranty repairs she took it to another shop which said a bolt was cross threaded and replaced the bolt and also replaced another part on the car that we had told the customer was bad.  She came in here and demanded me to pay the whole $640 bill that she paid the other shop and after explaining to her that we would of had to do the repairs and that they charged her for another part that we did not replace because she did not have *** *unding at the time but I would pay her for the the bolt repair that was related to the work that was done here which totaled  about $200 she said that was not acceptable and demanded the $640 and threatened to sue me and contact the BBB so at that time she was asked to leave due to the threats and not willing to be reasonable with what I offered.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There was alot more work done that the other shop did. It wasn't just some bolts they replaced due to the negligence of wichita tire and alignment I never threatened to sue the company after him yelling in my face GET *** **** OUTTA MY SHOP! YOURE TRESSPASSING, I WILL CALL THE POLICE, GET *** **** OUT throwing my bolts and paperwork i told him I will be contacting the BBB and he continues yelling profanity at me infront my witness.

    There was other work done that was un related to the work we did.  The other work they performed are things that we had recommended to the customer but did not have *** *unds to do at the time.  Again, I offered to pay the customer $200 for the work the other shop did that was relevant to the work that was done here even though it wasn't brought back to our shop for the repairs.  The other business put on additional parts that where needed to repair the vehicle that where declined at our shop so we are not obligated to pay for additional parts and labor that could have been done here if the customer would have approved them.
