Heritage came to me to replace my roof and gutters after hail storm. Attached photos shows there work. I've counted over 20 possible leaks. I'm not the only one. I saw damage at the Christian church in Anthony Kansas and others in our area that they have roofed that are damaged.

    Good afternoon,

We received the complaint filed by Mr. ******* ******.  We are currently working with an attorney to rectify this situation with this customer.  We were advised to have all the communications go through our attorney.  Our company has done everything possible to please Mr. *******  We have been to his property many times to complete the agreed upon changes and was told to leave his property before they could be completed.  We feel there is ulterior motive to his actions.  We have sent Mr. ****** the attached letter which he also included in his complaint.  That letter outlines why we have concluded our business and gives some insight into the situation.  I also included an email from **** ***** summarizing his interactions with Mr. ****** throughout this process. Our attorney sent him written documentation on these actions as well and I've included that letter in this email.  We have done a lot of work in the town Mr. ****** resides in along with the neighboring town.  We have a laundry list of happy customers I would be happy to provide.  This particular situation is one we cannot seem to complete no matter which action we take.  It is for that reason we had to get an attorney involved.  The claims he is making are false.  We have told Mr. ****** that if the roof does leak, he is covered under our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and we would repair any issues as needed.  We do not believe the roof will leak.  We have gone through multiple channels to try and ensure this to Mr. ****** but he is convinced this is "the worst job he's ever seen." We are at an impasse on what we can do so we have concluded our business with him.

Do we have an option of removing the complaint or making the complaint not valid?  You can contact us with any questions or you can contact our attorney as well.  I would be happy to provide additional information if it would be helpful.

    Thank you,

    Heritage Roofing & Exteriors

    Good morning,

We received the response from Mr. ****** in which he does not accept our response.  This is not surprising.  He will not accept any response from us.  This is why we had to get our attorney involved. Our attorney has reached out to Mr. ****** trying to rectify the situation with no response as of yet.  He was given 30 days to respond after the receipt of the letter which was dated October 24th and is attached for your reference. We have exhausted all other options of rectifying this situation. There has been multiple rain storms since his roof installation and we received no notifications of leaks from Mr. ****** or our attorney. We have a workmanship warranty which states we will fix any issues on the installation process if there are any leaks.

Please advise us on the steps moving forward since there will be no resolve from Mr. *******

    Thank you,

    Heritage Roofing & Exteriors

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:, I have been forthcoming with providing all documentation requests for a successful scope of work.  We disagree with the definition of successful.  I have provided photographic evidence of the poor workmanship and destruction of my home. Their attempt to send a representative out to re-inspect my home proved futile.  Their representative used disparaging comments, was extremely disrespectful,  and blamed me for the dilapidation of the roof.  It was only at that point that I asked him to leave.  Due to the lack of resolve in these posts, I feel this would be best addressed amicably in a court of law.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ******
