    I have been paying excessive rent
    Due to my body experiencing series Pain, ******** and ********** poisoning,
    I have been paying for my bills and have overpaid and auto drafts taking double payments for my rent,

    The Landlord ****** ****, and his leasing agent are now trying to Evict me,
    I go to court at 1330hours on the 27th of this month, Wednesday,
    They reason is a widow maker tree limb was a threat to my vehicle an myself,
    I told them about it early in July 2023,
    No action from them
    About the end of July 2023, Wichita was going through heavy rains and strong winds,
    As I was getting out of my **** *********,
    I Heard the sound of tearing breaking, getting ready to fall,
    U moved my jeep and cut it down so it wouldn’t harm anyone or me,
    They want me to pay for this hazard,,
    In my defense, they were gambling with my life and property,
    This is 1 of 3 , of these dangerous widow makers, all around my apartment, the one in the back courtyard, has been hanging across the side walk going to my mailbox, for over two years, nothing has been done, it’s still in place today, both trees have died, Good Reason to handle the hazard myself.
    For Retaliation and to keep the positive Balance on my account, est.$1800.00, **** * ********* ******* ** ******,
    They have mixed the cost they want for the tree with my rent, and have
    Bombarded me with a running late charges, even though I have that much positive funds,
    But, since they could not cook the ledger, cause My bank records and receipts prove them wrong,
    Now I feel as though this man, is acting like things are to fall all over him, ******* is his name,
    I get impression he will attempt something very stupid,
    He was pacing back and forth,
    Saying “We got to do something, over an over, like a chant, then out of the clear blue, He says “You know if someone was to break into this apartment, You cannot shoot them”
    My Response was “They a Daisy if they do”
    Now he wants to talk things over,
    No Need for Talk, I see it all.

    After a discussion with the tenant, *** ***** *******, concerning the billing and tree hauling matter, the owner and property manager, Asher House Leasing, have reached a satisfactory resolution. *** ******* was notified of the resolution on March 25th and expresses contentment with the outcome.
