    Waterscapes installed our pool in the spring of 2020. From the time the pool was open we had a issue with maintaining prime in the pump. In the fall of 2022 the owner install valves to help maintain the prime. He also closed the pool in the fall as well. When I opened the pool this spring I noticed it would not hold prime again. When I removed the cover of the filter I notice a plastic part floating the the filter. Come to find out all three of the flaps broke off. I was never told that there was a special way to open the pool to avoid breaking the flaps. I wasn't even told they were on the valves. I told the owner of the pool business about the issue and he said that because he did not open the pool that he would not warranty it. I told him that I was sure he would be able to RMA the valves with his supplier. I tried to compromise with him to have him buy two of the valves and I buy one and have them installed and release him of any further obligation. At this point he will no longer answer the phone or text messages. If you need additional details please reach out.
