In addition, I took the VIN to evaluate the fair value of the vehicle and it turns out they were trying to charge $2000 over the fair value, plus another $600 for “work done to the vehicle” despite there being many things still broken they wouldn’t fix. When I attempted to negotiate a lower price, they refused to work with me or drop at all. When they presented their evaluation, they tried to charge a mile adjustment. After talking to the dealer and informing them I didn’t want to be under on a vehicle, they said “everyone is under on a vehicle, you just have to accept it and move on”. They also continuously called me “silly” and “uneducated” as well as the credit union I was going to for a loan. Then, to make matters worse, they literally asked me to pay the extra $2000 out of pocket aside from the loan. Horrible business, these guys are scam artists. Don’t waste your time here and don’t let them steal your hard earned money. You can find better vehicles, for a better price, elsewhere. Textbook definition of crooked dealers.

When you visited with our dealership, the Credit Union you were working with would only give you 100% Loan to Value, Our price was $600 over the loan to value. The reason that is went to $2000 more was for taxes, title and fees as we explained to you. The Bank will only loan you what your credit will allow. We explained this to you in full transparency and we also discounted our vehicle an additional $1000 to help your loan to value ratio.Review fromGary K

1 starWorst of the worst. Not only do they apparently not know how to pick up their own phones, but they apparently just toss your keys anywhere they want because they’ve “lost” my keys twice. Then when I want to call and try to get information about my vehicle, they refuse to answer during business hours. Will never step foot on this property again!
