    I hired Angel to install a brand new stackable washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, and stove. I expressed to him the same day that there were issues with the install on all three that he would need to address. I went into details about the disappointment on him using a rock to level/stabilize the stackable. I explained that it moved several inches back and forth during the spin cycle, scratched the floor that had just been updated the week prior, and that the when I contacted the manufacturer about a noise during the spin cycle, they told me if it wasn’t properly installed it could possibly null and void the warranty. I also explained that the dishwasher needed to be placed all the way in its space and the front lower corner was catching when the door was opened. The stove needed the bracket placed to avoid a tip hazard. After no response over 48 hours later, I requested a refund to hire another company. His response was egotistical and that he was waiting to be approached with respect; when I had approached him with nothing else. Unfortunately, this will most likely have to go to small claims unless I want to be out the 2k for the stackable, the floor repairs, and the second install. I strongly do not recommend using his services, as he does not know how to behave professional or appropriate when it comes to complaints.
