******* *** ATROCIOUS work for me. I had him do three things: lay 2200 sq ft of luxury vinyl flooring, do some siding, and install a screen door. He was 0/3! There are huge flaws with the flooring all throughout my house and several flooring experts said it will ALL be coming loose, it’s only a matter of time and it’s already buckling. The screen door came off several times as well as the handle. The siding was done poorly and I had an ant infestation and would’ve had rodents if I didn’t hire someone else to fix it. His work ethic was poor. He said he had no other work and could knock my upstairs and downstairs out right away which is why I had way more work done than originally planned. He mainly only worked half days and took off lots of days and was in and out of my home for SEVEN FULL WEEKS, usually leaving all lights on and left his tools scattered all over which could’ve been a major hazard. I’d have to avoid going in certain parts of my home because he left in the middle of projects that he shouldn’t have. He left exposed siding for five days and I didn’t have a toilet for several days among many other things! He storer vinyl flooring in my garage for over a month in freezing temps, never acclimating it to the temperature in my home! He has no idea what he’s doing and shouldn’t be allowed to claim himself as knowledgeable or handy with ANYTHING. I paid him about 6k in labor and paid about 8k for flooring that’s going to go bad. I refused to make the final labor payment after sending pics of all the errors I found and he didn’t even respond/argue because he KNOWS it was terrible work. I continue to find more problems with the flooring and siding daily. I should get a total refund for the money I threw away but he repeatedly told me how broke he is and how he owes people money so I know I’ll never see it. My mission right now is to warn others not to use him. I have a ton of pictures that I’d be happy to email if someone from BBB would please contact me!
