      I purchased my bedroom suite, living room suite, and my dinning room suite all from ****** Furniture in 2021. I also purchased the protection plan in case something happened. On March 11, 2024 around 11:00pm, my partner and I was laying in bed and heard a loud crack in which I got up to see what it was and it was the side of the bed that he sleeps on. The entire headboard that the railings connect to was broken. I filed a report on March 12, 2024 with the protection company. They declined the claim so I got ahold of the company via ******** and which they also said it was declined due to not having reported it within 30 days in which I did. They said it was “ They stated your claim was denied because it wasn't reported within the specified time frame of 30 days from occurrence. In your online claim, you reported the issues happened in November 2022. You then reported that the damage had gotten worse from the original damage, the day prior. This would also be a denial because the original breakage was not reported in time and reasonable measures weren't taken to prevent further damage to the bed.” I did put on the claim that I had a piece of the headboard break in 2022 but wasn’t worried about it. I also wasn’t informed until after I made the claim and it was declined that it had to be within 30 days of the breakage. The website does not list it on the website at all. The website also provides the option to go back to 2022 when putting in a date. I feel that they have scammed me out of money for the warranty and did not provide the “within 30 day” notice in the “file a claim” section. I am still paying on my furniture and now it is broken and I can not get it fixed or replaced. Also when it broke I had to go out and purchase a cheap $60 metal bed frame so we were able to sleep on our mattress without being all slanted and risking ending up on the floor in the middle of the night.

      Extremely unhappy with a chair purchased Aug of 2022. Structure has broken down. Have been dealing with Ashley and the warranty company since Jan of 2024. Keep getting the run around from both Want resolution
