This is what you get with a national company! A telemarketing rep called on a sponsored advertising number of ours (cost us $200.00) She asked for us to give an estimate for a local water damage job. As we were explaining the process she hung up and refused to answer our calls back to her! My advice to anyone looking for a restoration company is to go into the Google local business listings. Do not call paid advertisers or a National Company like this that subcontracts all the work out!

This is not us we do not do this type of telemarketing. We have no customer by this name. This has to be mistaken for some other company.

This company started work on my rental property 4 years ago and has still not completed their work. Not only did they take over a year to finish a job they said would be complete within weeks of when I purchased the property (leading to a huge loss of investment on my part), but they installed a door with a crack in the glass and have still - after 3 years - not replaced it. I am now having to pay out of pocket to have a separate glass company fix it so that I can close on the sale of this condo.

The door was a lifetime warranty the manufacture ordered it a year ago and it was scheduled for a year before it would come in as it was a special order. The door will be in and installed on Friday July 11th, 2025. The manager has been in touch with our customer ****** ****** regarding updates and spoke to her in April, May, and June. And the latest conversation was yesterday he let ****** ****** know that the door is scheduled to be in as it was a special order and it will be installed this Friday.

As of when I signed the closing paperwork on the morning of July 11th, the door had not been replaced and I had to pay an invoice for $2,100 to another company (Alabama Glass Works) in order for the seller to agree to proceed with closing with the guarantee it would be replaced, since we had not heard back from NCRI.  It sounds like they may have replaced it after we closed on the sale, but unfortunately the amount I paid to the outside company was not refundable at that point and I no longer owned the condo.  I had communicated to NCRI that if they did if I did not hear back from them and it was not replaced before closing, then I would have to pay another company and would seek reimbursement from NCRI. NCRI has not reimbursed me for that payment.
