Honestly first customer pc I have bought! I am in awe at how amazing this product is. The customer service i have received is fantastic. I got extras that I didnt pay for and of course that made this whole experience even better. I am seriously in awe at the product. Yes I have only used it for a few hours but easy set up and great product. Will definitely be using them again!!! I chose ground shipping and I received it overnight. Honestly so surprised but it is a great product would like to post an update in a few weeks if I can find this post again! Great product great customer service definitely recommend.

I give this pc 2 stars because it can run everything! That is when it is able to run anything. Not even 2 weeks after my initial start up I was denied permissions from everything, games wouldn’t start up, login time takes a lifetime and now I have to reinstall windows 11. I look so stupid paying so much money for something so half baked.

With the help of CLX I configured and bought this MONSTER of a desktop computer from CLX and I'm not even a gamer. Two (2) months later I had a hardware glitch (onboard Bluetooth went out) that required a return of my computer to CLX for repair (a 2-4 week process). Well, I NEEDED quicker access to my computer in an awful way and the 2-4 week predicted turn-around for repair was totally unacceptable. I'm in the hunt for a job and have other personal events happening in my life and they were inflamed by me not having my computer, this was a major issue. I explained this to my tech and he conveyed the urgency to CLX management. The performance of the CLX company with regard to returning my malfunctioning PC to me was PURELY PHENOMENAL. I live in Georgia. I shipped my malfunctioning PC to CLX (Kansas) on a Thursday and I had a BRAND NEW computer (not my original system repaired), a BRAND NEW perfectly configured computer on my door step the following Wednesday; I barely missed having it. My tech's initials are "T A" and he's a SUPER young man, he deserves a raise and a bonus. T A handled my system troubleshooting, diagnostics and eventual system swap like a seasoned professional and he's only been with the company for 1 year. This one episode alone makes me even happier I did business with CLX. This event made me believe that Good Customer Service is still possible. JP

Fantastic company! Build was extremely fast and communication was top notch. Shipped a full week before I was quoted at purchase and even assisted with FedEx delay during last mile delivery. I will absolutely use CLX again and I am going to tell all my friends to shop here for their PCs as well.

Amazing company to deal with. I ordered my PC and chose to use the 3 day shipping for 30.00. It was here on the 4th day, and CLX customer service was fast and very friendly when I called about a refund on the shipping. They refunded my 30.00 instantly no questions asked. The PC came packed so well that I could have literally dropped it from a 2 story building and not have a scratch on it. Seriously CLX thank you for packing my PC and protecting it so very well. I pulled it out of the boxes and inside the case was more packing to keep the liquid cooled components safe. Its a beautiful work of art. I made sure all connections were connected and plugged it in. It turned on and set itself up. The machine runs like a dream and I love the the option for silent mode. Will post an update after a few weeks of running this machine. THANK YOU CLX for being so AMAZING!!!!

Impressed!! We decided to use CLX on the word of a friend. We picked our base models, liked the versatility and multiple choices for upgrades. We placed our order and waited for them to come in. We admittedly were excited, we were returning to pc gaming after a decade and we had 2 brand new rigs coming. We watched the updates as they moved from resource, assembly and then the ship date pushed out. It was fine, we were excited, we knew it was coming just a little later. It moved into quality, it was nice to see the forms showing its progress and then it just stopped. our ship date passed and the progress had stopped for a few days. My wife called, we spoke with a very nice person named Demetri who looked into it from beginning to end. He even said he would return our call the next day and did. He explained there were some QA issues that had came up and they were looking to resource parts. He continued explain that due to the already delayed ship dates the company provided upgrades at no cost. He was professional and amazing and went above and beyond. He apologized and said the PC's would ship soon. They arrived the other day, earlier than he estimated, the upgrades are undeniable and we can see why our friend bought from you too. In all, the wife and I love the Set systems. Demetri, you made us feel like your only customer. Thank you for the bump!
