    i have had my PC for about 3 years now and it still runs great. i remember tech support was great when i first got it delivered. I do wish that i was talked into buying a better system at the time because i am looking to upgrade already and it hasn't even been 5 years. other then that it was a great shopping experance and a great computer for gaming these past few years!

    Was an overall negative buying experience. Order a custom built PC and they claim to have tested it, but could not run the new PC when received. Later found out that I was sent dead RAM that was causing my PC to crash whenever I opened any application. Requested new RAM, was told I'd have to put down $100 deposit. Requested to receive a refund instead and sent back the dead RAM per their request. Not only do they have poor quality system in place but also poor communication within as I was sent replacement RAM after confirming that I did not want it and wanted a refund. I am to the point of sending the entire build back because of this frustration.

    This all took over a month to get done and have not been able to run my PC since I got it and will NEVER recommend this company to my friends who are also looking to upgrade their PCs.

    Best customer service I've had in many years. Abdullah M. has it together. Always has the information requested and quick also. I chatted and emailed numerous time because my situation with my PC was a little unique and the answer was always there. Great employee!!

    Very satisfied with my CLX Horus system. Had my system since 12/2023 and it can crunch anything thrown at it. It has an I9-13900KS cpu, 64GB memory and Geforce RTX 4090. She smokes!!

    Ever since I got my new PC with an RTX 4060 Ti, an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, and 32GB of RAM, my gaming experience has completely leveled up. The performance is insanely fast and smooth—I’m consistently getting between 150 to 400 FPS in all my games. Whether it’s Call of Duty, Fortnite, or anything else, everything runs flawlessly.

    This is my second Rig with CLX and am impressed with their commitment to putting out the best product. Both my Rigs are working perfect and bought second system over a year ago to upgrade. I am an avid gamer and trust CLX for all my future buys... One problem I have and is a personal dislike is the lack of ability to shut off the what I call the light show as find them to be a distraction and nothing to the games I play... Look forward to what CLX wizards come up with next for me. Love this company! Chard.

    it;s very unfortunate the system will randomly lock down (hang) with no reason. there is no entry in windows eventlog, and there is no dump or anything, not even bluescreen. just everything get stop responding. and it could happen any time, event after a fresh restart.
    tried reset the Windows, run various diagnose tools, nothing helped. As it's a freeze, really nothing is logged. the freeze happen at anytime, browser. game. every idle for a while.
    no incompatible hardware or driver. really bizarre.
    One "good' thing is there is a chance the system could run well at sometimes. If the system has no hang after running more than 12 hours, then it probably will not hang at all. the odd of such gold run is rare. it could take several start->freeze->restart to have a stable system.
    overall, it's not what I expected, most of the time I'm in the fear it will hang.

    I only buy from CLX. I was disappointed in this build and by no fault of CLX but of myself and some of the parts I chose to go with. Just got it paid off and wanted to wait to write a review until then. So its been a year and the the only thing that went wrong was the ram crapped out but that's an easy fix. My only complaint is the CPU water cooling. I hate it with a passion. With CPU fans getting bigger and better I wish they would give that as an option. I hate the fact that I cant see the components running, The fact that its liquid running inside the system and waiting on a catastrophic malfunction just bothers me. That is my only complaint and why 4 stars instead of 5, other than that, great company that know what they are doing. You cant go wrong with CLX. Keep up the great work !!!
