- Advertising Review:On 01/11/2023 BBB contacted Jersey’s Elite Cleaning in regard to the use of the phrase “Jersey's Elite Cleaning provides eco-friendly duct cleaning services in Wichita and the surrounding areas.” on their website due to sections 36.1.1 and 36.1.2 of the BBB Code of Advertising which state “Advertisers should not make broad, unqualified general environmental benefit claims like “green” or “eco-friendly.” And “Advertisers must qualify general claims with specific environmental benefits.” As of 02/23/2024 the business continues to use the specified claim but has not responded to BBB with substantiation.
