    Buyer be cautious when dealing with Step Above Chimney & Siding. They can manage a simple chimney sweep or maybe even a minor repair. However, if you need a significant/complex chimney repair; recommend you find another company. I had them out to repair a water leak in my chimney; when they didn’t fix it on the first attempt, they completely ghosted me. I initial advised them the chimney was still leaking on 20 Jun 23, follow up on 5 Jul, and again on 12 Jul with no response. To ensure it was the chimney, I even had the roof completely replaced in the area. Continued to follow up via phone and did get ahold of Kelley once and was told Dylan was working in an area with no cell coverage and he would call me back, which he did not. Sent additional follow up emails and left voice mails with no response as of 28 Jul. I have given up trying to contact this company to warranty their repair, as it is obvious, they have no interest in doing so. Lesson learned…..cheaper isn’t better…….
