We had Bath-fitters in to do our bathroom. They came and handled it all smoothly, and the job seemed to be completed successfully. Fast forward, to about a year later, while upgrading our bathroom floor, our super attempted to removed the sink. He immediately stopped when he looked at the valves underneath. He explained to us that the valves used were not to spec and posed a safety hazard. We got on the phone with Angela from Bath-fitters hoping to have someone stop by and take care of the issue by changing the valves, but she quickly became argumentative, and insisted that our super, NOT Bath-fitters had worked on the sink last and that Bath-fitters was not responsible for the bad water valves. Angela was dismissive, condescending, and patronizing during our conversations. After agreeing to send someone to come look at the valves, she called back and began to argue with my wife about sending someone over. We are disgusted with this company, and will tell everyone possible how bad, rude, and incompetent that they are! We want to vomit just thinking how awful their customer service is. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This company should be out of business!
