    I went to Jiffy Lube in January 2024 it was a Friday and I had them replaced my brakes and rotors. The problem was the brakescontinued to make noise so I brought the vehicle back two days later on a Monday and I was there for six hours And they told me that the vehicle Was fixed after driving it it was still making the same noises so I contacted the district manager, and we agreed to take the vehicle a shot that he recommended when I pulled into that shop the gentleman wearing a pajama bottoms and flip-flops pulling the vehicles around with a lawnmower anda team so I texted the district manager, and I told him That I would feel better going to ***** a shop that has no affiliation with myself or them and have them take a look, and was And that was on 616 of 2025 when the technician took the rotor off bolt Springs fell and hit the ground and my emergencybreaking system did as well. They said that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and recommended. I have it towed because they didn’t have the proper tools to it, and the gentleman thought that the axles on the vehicle were damaged as well, so I had the vehicle towed to ******* ****** on the same day. The technician took a look at it and said that none ofthe bolter Springs matched for what the rotors were and the emergency breaking system was broken. I talked to ******* the owner of Jiffy Lube and I told him it was their responsibility to pay for the repairs at Toyota, but I also wanted my money refunded back to me because I paid for aservice that wasn’t provided Something as serious as your breaking system should have the correct bolts and springs and should be installed correctly I was also charged for a warranty Jiffy Lube. The total service dollars that I paid was $378.25. They paid Toyota for the damages and repair, but I want my money refunded back to me for the service. I did not receive incorrect parts and damage.

    ***** was never promised any refund and as she stated we had her vehicle towed to the dealership and repaired.
