    so took my ford fusion into have it looked at because the transmission was acting up. they kept it for the day then told me it was the engine. I paid 90 dollars for that about a week later I was able to get it into a engine shop who told me, after paying 103.00, it was the transmission and had codes to back it up (no pun intended) I immediately took it back to certified who told me to leave it and they would look the next day. the next day certified said they found codes that do indeed show it is the transmission. the quote they offered to fix it did not even include a discount of 90 dollars let alone the additional 103. I ended up taking it to someone else who I found does not require dollars to tell me what I already know.

    Mr. H***, We are sorry you were not satisfied with the service we provided you. We did have your 2013 Fusion in our shop a couple of times. On your first visit our technician and yourself were unable to duplicate your concern. Only thing noticed was the engine seemed to not run quite right, so we recommended having that looked at. After about a month you were referred back to us with multiple transmission codes and the vehicle acting up this time. With this information we were able to make a recommendation for transmission replacement. We only make recommendations when we have the information to do so. After presenting you with your options you elected not to make a decision at that time. We are glad to hear you were able to get your vehicle fixed and back on the road.
