    ****** ****** has refused to payout my initial real estate investment of $10,000.00 despite making several promises to payout the last 8 months. I am guaranteed a monthly distribution of $100.00 for my initial investment. I have asked to be paid out of my prior investment for the last 8 months and have not been compensated despite several messages that he would fulfill his guarantee. I have not received my monthly distribution since Nov 2023. I spoke with ****** on 2/24/2024 and was guaranteed a payment of the outstanding money *** **** * *** **** ********* if I sent him an additional $50.00 for policy fees. I shared that there was no prior policy stating the associated fee and to furnish documentation which I never received. He proceeded to give me instructions to send money via ***** to another unknown party (Jahmelia Smith) which seemed to be suspicious and I vehemently shared my reservations in the matter which were ignored. I inquired again to why I would need to send money to an unknown party that was not associated with OKS Homes and was again ignored. After consulting with additional parties I did agree to send the $50.00 and was promised a payout of $350.00 to absorb the policy fee (which is inconsistent as I have additional family members who have also invested and have not had to furnish any policy fee. I inquired about this as well and was ignored) I sent the $50.00 as agreed. Once he received the money to another account that was not his ********* *****  then asked for an additional $50.00 to send the $350.00 that was already guaranteed stating oversight. I refused to send an additional deposit to receive money owed and asked for a refund of the $50.00. He then denied me the payout nor the additional deposit despite his guarantee. He has changed his number previously and has canceled or ignored scheduled appointments on several occasions. I have documentation from the text messages as well as email correspondence that has been sent on my behalf.

    Attached is the 3rd request now from OKC homes requesting additional money to send previous agreed and monthly distribution payment. I have paid the additional $100.00 requested under the guise of (maintenance fees - ***** has no fee for distributions) and now for a 3rd time being told to send an additional $100 to receive the guaranteed payment. Original guarantee of payment was on 2/24 & 3/5. 

    Please let me know if you need additional documents on my end or if there are issues retrieving attachments
