    -You had called the day of the move in the morning asking if the rain was going to stop us or if we could still do the move. I let you know we could do it that day or any following day. You stated you had to move out that day could not wait any longer.

    -the original agreement was to move your belongings to a storage unit less than 5 minutes away. Directly around the corner. You were priced accordingly with a small travel distance aswell. When my team arrived on site you then told us that the storage unit "diddnt work out" and is now in a different town with a 15+minute drive on the highway. Resulting in much more time spent traveling with your goods. 

    -you helped load items as it was raining on us. You had no problem. You brought out some blankets and we laid them over items that were already loaded as we were loading more. You stated you knew items were going to get some moisture but couldn't do anything about it as we had to move that day.

    -you had zero complaints until your items had reached their final destination. Once all items were within 50 feet of where you wanted them vs 15+miles - it was then that you suddenly had a problem with the moisture

    -you began threatening violence by screaming at myself and employees and getting very very close to people's faces whole screaming at them, I called police to monitor as we finished the job.

    -the police had told you they see no water damage at all and that there was hardly any moisture and that nothing had been permanently altered. 

    -you agreed to pay 1500. We moved your entire 2 bedroom apartment complex (minus a couple items like the washer and dryer and 1 bed) about 90% of everything we moved at only half price. Because you threatened violence, lawsuits, and ill will I advice you that we can no longer work with you without you paying the rest of your balance. You declined such terms. We unloaded everything into your unit and left with you only paying 750 of the 1500 total balance.
