      I signed up with Magellan Financial a couple of years ago. I was promised over rides on business that I submitted. Magellan did pay for online invites to seminars. When I expressed that I would prefer to have the over ride dollars deposited into my account so I can pay for my own marketing, I was told it was no problem. That never came to fruition. I grew more disappointed with Magellan, as they were doing nothing to help me. I did all of my own follow ups, research on suitable products etc.
      I decided to part ways with Magellan, and was told by Chris that I would receive the over ride owed me by the end of the following month. That totaled more than $10,000.00 considering the business that I put through them of appox $2,000,000.
      Magellan made appox $40,000.00 on the business I submitted in the last month I was with them. Chris will not answer my emails, and certainly has not sent me one dollar of the money I am owed.
      They are a HORRIBLE company to do business with!
      If you are an agent run away from them. There are several good marketing companies out there. Magellan is NOT one of them!
      I see why they are not members of the BBB.
