    Do not recommend. It's unfortunate because they really do good work when they show up but they are seriously lacking in their customer service. First, they ordered the wrong materials resulting in over a week delay in our project AND over $2,500 of our money being held up for weeks needing to wait for a refund. Second, shortly after they installed our deck we reached out to let them know the concrete under the step was cracked and broken off. After over a month and a half of following up, someone finally came out to look at the damage and never came back. The step is still not fixed. Here we are over 4 months later and the damaged step STILL is not fixed. Every time we reach out we get told they'll be by on a specific day and they NEVER SHOW UP. Or, they'll simply say "you're on the list." It has been over 4 months and this is completely horrendous customer service. We were going to be a repeat customer, but it took over 2 months just to get a quote for a gazebo. Now, couple that with the lack of follow up for a repair on a new build, we will never use them again. Any referrals we gave, we have pulled. Strongly do not recommend using them. Should you have any issue after they complete the install they'll be ghosts and you'll be left to fend for yourself on getting any necessary repairs done.
