I have had issues with this company since day 1. They are the only electricity company in my area so I have to deal with them. They have horrible customer service. They lie. The numbers with my monthly bill don't add up to what they charge me. The price keeps climbing yet the price for kwh and the amount of kwh isnt anything different than the peak summer yet im paying double or triple the price. I tried calling and the employees dont want you talking to any managers. They get rude with you and if you get rude back they hang up on you. I finally got a number for a manager who sends a guy out to my house who goes to the meter and says that my meter told him that its my furnace. I just bought the house and the furnace was inspected. second that is now how meters work. they said they would send me an email explaining it. for a week after I called the manager the prices when down then went back up even higher. If you google the company all the reviews are people with the same issues for years and nothing has been done. I am writing you to see if there is anything to be done with your help. If not my next step is a lawyer. there is no reason I should be paying close if not over $500 a month on electricity.
