    This company installed our screened in deck in August 2023. I contacted them in Jan 2025 for a repair of a panel that had a hole in the screen. They acknowledged and responded that when the outside temperature reached closer to 50 degrees, they would contact me to schedule the repair. They assured me this repair was on their list. In August 2025 I emailed them to inquire when I might expect the repair to be completed and what the cost might be. They never responded to this inquiry. I followed up with a phone call to which they have not responded. I emailed their corporate office on two occasions as this is a franchise. The corporate office is not responding either. It appears they have no intention to follow through with this repair on a product they installed. Never will I do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. My advice would be to find someone who will back and service their work and product.
