    I hired Buddy move to move me on September 13, 2025. Before hiring them, I read positive reviews on Facebook, so I called and scheduled an appointment. They assured me that they could dismount televisions and move my furniture at 125.00 per hour. I was moving about 15 miles from my previous place. Moving from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom; most of the furniture from the old house was donated. The movers arrived around 10A Upon arrival, I walked them through the house showing them everything needed to be moved. 2 full bedrooms, a file cabinet from the office, 4 tv's that were mounted, mattrasses from one bedroom and BBQ Pitt. The movers didn't have the right tools to remove the tv's from wall so I had to call another company to remove all 4 televisions. The original movers moved so slow ( as if they were milking the clock).

    They finally got everything out and over to the new place. I went to get everyone lunch and by the time the completed everything it was almost 8 hours later.

    One mover came to tell me he broke my 75-inch tv and game me the number to call and file a claim; I called and I was treated as if I did something wrong.

    They sent me a letter about 3 weeks later offering me 301.00 for the broken tv and the broken recliner. I declined the offer since my tv was less than a year old and recliner was less then 6 months old. I sent them back an email explaining this to them and haven't heard back from since.
