            Have 2022 jeep compass under 30000 miles plus have extended warranty on. Had have trim piece on drivers seat fixed 1/24/24 . Piece broke/came apart again the next day!! First chance had to be without vehicle again for the day was this week. They scheduled for today. Got call and they refused to fix under warranty! Asked 2 employees there when went to pick up and the gal said nothing. Guy said because was allready replaced once and they got reimbursed for part but since broke again I would have to pay the 116 to fix. Again as I advised them..was broke within hours of them fixing it between 30000 mile warranty and extended warranty and their own workmanship this should be covered!! They refused.

            I went in purchase a jeep. I was asked to put a deposit down to hold the jeep in the amount of $1000. I am in the middle of a Chapter 13 and due to that they could not get me an approval without a discharge letter. I do not have that and cannot get the letter. They are refusing to refund the $1000 deposit that was put down to hold the vehicle due to it being high demand. The urgency to hold the vehicle is why i put the deposit down. I feel the is very unfair, if the vehicle is in such high demand it should sell very quickly. Thank you,
