      I had a refinance completed on Monday, August 11. When I logged in to complete the refinance, it stated that I needed to pay $134.17 in order to proceed, and that I would receive $290 back which I paid However, I only received $165. I have called the office several times and left multiple voice messages regarding this matter but have not received any response, I have also emailed them. If I do not receive a response I will be contacting my bank regarding the $134.17 payment.

      The complaint is that Lend Nation took money out of my account. Not by the law; but. I think it's established because of the fact that my bank which is **** National Bank, recorded that they (Lend Nation) took money out and Lend Nation is saying they did not take the money out. It is an error on my bank, which is **** National Bank. And **** National Bank, says there is no recording. That they, whatever they say, they said they(Lend Nation) came in and they took money out and it is recorded that way. So if it is notredcorded on their (Lend Naiton) behalf its because they (Lend Nation) choose not to record it.

      Resolution:

      I would like them (Lend Nation) to reimburse/pay back money that was taken out of the **** National Account and close the acount Lend Nation. If have to pay my remaining balance on my account at Lend Nation, I will do it. But first of all I need to know my history from A-Z and have them send the proper things out to me in order to pay it off.

      I have maintained excellent contact and 100% payment history with Lend Nation, up until December 2024, when my landlord increased my rent three times from $750 to now $1500 a month. It exhausted my savings, it interrupted my payments to Lend Nation, I called them immediately And notified them of my hardship. my payment dates stayed the same, but they allowed for me to make payments the week prior or the week later. Then one day they said theyare no longer able to do that, and took two payments out four days before my payment was due. This caused me to not be able pay my rent. Then it caused me to get behind on my power bill, my water, I had to turn my cell phone off for a week. Which I’m sure they did not like since they have 27 different city numbers so far calling me to collect on a debt I can’t afford at present moment. I just received a shut off notice from my power, I’m at $29 an hour, 40 hours a week, work is plenty. But I drowning in debt because of what this twin falls Lend Nation Office did to me by taking two payments out when I notified them ahead of time that I had to pay rent first. I placed a stop pay to Lend Nation with my bank. The ladies at the Twin Falls office just decided one day to stop being hospitable. i’m working my ass off, but I am limited by time.

      On July 15, 2025, we received Mr. *******s complaint ID ******** from your office.
      Upon receipt of this complaint, the Company investigated the claims made therein. Mr. ******
      has utilized the services of the Company several times, beginning in March 2023. Most recently,
      Mr. ****** originated a loan on November 29, 2024 in the principal amount of $2,882.97, with
      bi-weekly payments of approximately $305.56 beginning December 13, 2024. To date, Mr.
      ****** has made eight full payments and one partial payment on the loan but is more than seven
      payments past due. Immediately below are an excerpt of the due dates, payments and payment
      dates through July 25, 2025:

      As Mr. ****** noted in his complaint, he was communicative with the Company historically, but
      that changed around February 2025, and the Company had difficulty reaching Mr. ******. While
      branch personnel were working with Mr. ****** previously, when we are no longer able to reach
      consumers, the Company must continue with collection efforts. While there were two amounts
      withdrawn from Mr. *******s account on April 11, those were representments of amounts that
      were originally due on March 7 and March 21, as noted above. They were not a double payment
      and were not processed prior to their respective due dates.

      Since April 11, the Company has had little to no contact with the customer despite repeated
      attempts to contact Mr. ****** and work on a payment arrangement. On July 22, Mr. ****** did
      leave a voicemail with the Company demanding no further calls, which was processed in the
      Company’s system as a Cease and Desist request. As such, we will not be making any further
      calls to Mr. ****** but do encourage him to reach out to the Company in an effort to resolve the
      debt.

      I have made several attempts to make payment arrangements but they have not contacted me and there number comes up scam call I have tried sending my account information in a screenshot but not good enough for them they refuse to help and today was the last day before it was default but they already put in default

      with Missouri law, which the Company’s products offered in Missouri do. On March
      18, Ms Lehr originated an installment loan in the principal amount of $1,022.69. At
      the time of origination, *** **** also provided authorization to the Company to
      automatically deposit her payments via ACH directly to her deposit account.

      I was contacted out of the blue by this company called QC Holdings dept of so-call legal services...they tried to have me identified myself as the person they trying to pin this case number to. I ask what is this about, they could not articulate what this call was for but tried to get me to identify as the person they're trying to reach. I told them if you don't know who I am how did you get my name and number to call in the first place, once I said this coming off as fraud. They hung up the phone. I called them back and they knew it was me calling them again and they knew who was calling. Then they tried to bark off a case number, once again ask what is this for? They finally said something about a loan from 2014. I told them I never applied for a loan in 2014. They then said will I settle this case or they going to send it to St Louis County...I said send it the St Louis County and let's go to court, they hung up the phone. They didn't even say what the amount was or any other information.

      I receieved a loan at lend nation in Oct 2024 for 300.00. I went in December to speak with the customer rep she said it was 700.00 and only 10.00 was being paid toward the loan from the 84.63. I understood the process but i could not understand why the balance continues to increase every two weeks. I went in and spoke with Udrey she said that payments were not being recieved, my bank statemebt shows that they are getting paid. I showed her she said i needed to talk to my bank about the issue. Now were in march of 2025. I lost my job in feb 2025, and i had signed a new contract payments to be withdrawn once a month on the 3rd. I went to the ofgice on a Saturday feb 22nd to show my bank state to ****** that i get paid once a month on the 3rd. I signed a new contract. At this point my bill was at 645.00 dollars. Now the bills is 805.74. I recieved a call from ****** abput a week and a half ago saying i missed a payment. Now she looks at my file calls ger boss and calls me back and she sorry she made a mistake and she want to split into two loans a 500.00 and a 300.00 loan. I dont understand why. I am getting charged not payment fees and this matter needs to be looked into. Im sure im not the only one that this has happened to. They are not only gettimg the payment but they overcharging me the consuner when they have a payment paid. Please help me.

      I have a title loan through them and they are requesting that I provide screen shots for proof of residence on top of all the utilities bills I have sent

      On January 24, 2025, we received Mr. ****** ********* ** ******** from your office. Mr. G**e states that he was requested to provide “screen shots” for proof of residence after he was requested to provide utility bills.

       

      Mr. G**e is a current customer of the Company. Mr. G**e originated a $4,500 title-secured line of credit from one of our Kansas branches on October 14, 2024. From origination, Mr. G**e did not make any required payments. On January 1, 2025, the line of credit was defaulted and the Company took action to secure its collateral, after proper notice was provided to the customer.

       

      Following default, the customer contacted the Company’s collections department in an attempt to refinance his obligations. At such time, he made statements to the Company representatives that he was currently in Texas.

       

      The Company is a state-licensed lender and does not provide products issued under one state’s license remotely to a consumer residing in another state. The customer stated that he was still a resident of Kansas. Therefore, Company personnel requested various methods of proof regarding residency to ensure the Company’s compliance with state lending laws.

       

      When provided with some evidence of Kansas residency by the customer, there were several pieces of information that the Company could not verify. Additionally, due to the lack of payments made on the defaulted loan, the Company determined that it would decline the customer’s request for another loan.

       

      The customer was mailed a Notice of Adverse Action regarding the decision and the matter is considered closed.

      I was approved for a $3000 loan and the person I was dealing with keeps asking for more and more money. I have already paid $1,000 in various fees and he keeps telling me that it's all I need to pay. Now he is asking for another $280 for the funds to be released. I feel I am being scammed.

      I want to complain about that company because they are not only just fraudulent me they're fraudulent a lot of customers and they're very rude and disrespectful on my claim I feel like I was cheated out of hundreds of dollars and would have continued being cheated if I did not speak up and called you all because they gave me a demo title they did not give me back my original titles and she took my money as if you give me the money first then I'll give you the titles type of note and I felt very bamboozled for a company they feel like a scammer Billings was very hurt as a customer and I would never return to them or recommend anyone else to go to them
