    I was illegally charged for services I did not receive nor want. I was in search of health insurance when I came across this insurance company. I was promised the policy covered all I ask for. Upon selecting a policy, I was informed I had to buy a life insurance plan with the policy. I felt it was weird but continued. I purchased life insurance but informed I would call back to purchase the policy due to low funds at the moment. I was told the policy will not be active until I make a payment. On 8/16/25, I called pivot health for details on my plan. They informed me medications were not covered which was the main reason for the policy. After going over details, I informed Pivot health to cancel my plan. I then called my insurance agent to go over the issue. I was not able to talk to Tina but was transferred to a manager. The manager was rude and told me I should've called them instead of Pivot health. After asking the manager why my plan did not cover medication, he informed me it did. There is a discount card on my account. That was not specified to me prior to accepting the plan. I never gave the insurance company my payment information. Only to the life insurance company(Transamerica Life Insurance Company). On 8/18/25 I was charged by Allied National Billing. Which shows as a auto insurance charge on my account. Sending me into over draft on 8/19/25. I have disputed the charge with my bank(USAA). I never gave the company rights to charge me and my policy was suppose to be terminated. It was not process correctly resulting in me missing money and late on paying bills. The entire interaction has left me speechless. Poor service and the act is criminal.
