Long review: The Toyota branch in Salina, KS managed by this business is an absolute disaster in regards to the service department. I got my car serviced at the Salina Toyota branch loyally for almost 2 years when I moved to Kansas, and during that time had too many problems with my car I'd never had before. Mind you, before moving to Kansas I had my car fully serviced spending over $1K for repairs, but Salina Toyota started telling me the same repairs I'd already got done needed fixing again a short time later. Thinking they wouldn't be deceiving me, I paid again and again to fix repairs which had already been done, but I was being told they needed fixing again. Finally, after a year of going to Toyota and constantly spending $300-500+ on repairs every 3 months, one of their technicians replaced my air cabin filter, and afterwards my car sat in my driveway for a couple days (I have multiple cars). When I did drive it, the engine overheated on the highway and I immediately pulled over. Come to find out, Toyota said the belt or something broke and flew into the fans which almost destroyed the engine. When I questioned them saying it might have been the technicians fault since he might not have replaced things properly, no one could give me a straight answer. The Manager of the Service department said one thing, and the lead tech told me another. I ended up paying $900+ dollars for another shady repair by Toyota, but I knew they were stealing money from me once again like they had been since I started coming to their dealership. Now, months and months later, a different dealership ran a full camera inspection on my vehicle and found Toyota had not been servicing my car completely or properly, and many things were still wrong with my vehicle (such as Toyota putting my tires on backwards), and this is all after I've spent around $3000+ at Toyota in the span of a year on repairs. I wish I could get every dime back, but can only warn people with reviews.

The customer came in on 11/14/23 and we changed the oil, rotated the tires, replaced the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. These repairs were completed by our Toyota Master tech with 23 years experience. On 11/24/23 the customer came back in with the vehicle smoking and leaking fluid. We found the cooling fan came apart and went into the radiator. We priced the repair with Toyota parts and aftermarket parts to save the customer some money. The customer chose to use the aftermarket parts. When the repair was completed the customer picked up the vehicle and we wrote off $286.62 of the repair for the customer. This left her a balance of $937.15. If we would have used the Toyota parts on the customers car the repair cost would have been $1645.95.
