    I made a T time for 11:04 on September 23 on September 20th. I always pay at the course and accidentally had selected to pay on line for my whole group. I realized my mistake within a few minutes of making the T-time. I immediately went on line to TeeQuest.com and cancelled the T-time and requested a refund. My confirmation number is N-REMOVED. Several days letter I received an email from REMOVEDstating that I should receive a refund on my Visa account in a couple of days. It is now September 27th, a complete week after canceling the T-time and still haven’t received a Visa credit. I have disputed the charge with the bank but that is still pending.

    We originally tried to void his original transaction when he asked for a credit because that usually works faster than a refund.  Unbeknownst to us the void did not work and as soon as we knew that it did not go through, we issued a refund on 9-28-25.  He has received a full refund so this issue should be closed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It took them a week to figure out that their void didn’t work.  I complained immediately and it took contacting them several times to get the credit for a transaction that I cancelled almost immediately.  Taking a week to fix an error is totally unacceptable.  Yes, I finally got the credit a week late so the matter is over but I would like them to fix whatever went wrong and not play with my money for a week!

    I'm not sure what else he wants.  He made a mistake by booking a tee time that was prepaid and then he got a credit back from that.  What else can he possibly want???
