    I am writing to complain about the Morning Sun News Paper ** ********* **. I have have been advertising with them off and on over the past year and a half. In January we were contacted by our ad rep for a special that they were doing (Business Directory Paper). We were told that the cost of the ad would be $*** for the year which we agreed to. We were VERY specific in how we wanted the ad to be listed. I own a Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning business and I told them to make sure to list this under Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. After not hearing back for some time we contacting the paper only to learn that our rep was no longer working and the ad we placed without our knowing. They placed the ad under "CLEANING SERVICES" we are getting calls from little old ladies wanting their windows cleaned. This is NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR AND REFUSED TO PAY. Elaina stepped in and said she would do a make go and placed an ad in the paper for a couple weeks to help "Offset" the error. The error cannot be offset due to the flyer only being printed once a year. Then we agreed to place a digital ad on March 1 and it started running March 16. Now they are saying we owe for a full month in March even thou we only ran the ad for two weeks in March. Now she is saying that we didn't cancel within 30 days. If the ad didnt start running until the 16th of March and we cancelled April 5th we DID cancel within the 30 days and should not be billed for the full month in March. I am attaching supporting document that come directly from the morning sun showing the dates as I have mentioned. If we owe anything it is for two weeks in March and April for the Digital Ad and nothing else. This is my name out there and I have been in business in ***** * ********** for ** years. This is NOT acceptable business from the Morning Sun!

    We have tried working with the Morning Sun, but I am attaching a copy of another invoice they are sending. As you can see it is $****** MORE than it was last time. As I have mentioned before, I am being invoiced for services dated March 1 when services DID NOT START UNTIL MARCH 16TH. I will not pay for additional weeks because they feel they can invoice me. I also told them I was NOT going to pay $*** for the Business card directory. I did not approve how the ad was being listed and told Elaina when we found out how the ad was listed that we were NOT paying for this mistake! This company is threating to send me to collections over their mistakes. I need some help with this issue! Please and Thank You!!
