  I can't leave any stars for my overall experience. We ordered a Nissan part and called to ask about a shipping date. I was hung up on.
  I called back and told he couldn't see the information so he transferred me and I was hung up on. Again.
  I called back and was placed on hold for over 8 minutes and was sent to voicemail.
  I called back and was hung up on when I told them I was inquiring about a shipping date but keep getting hung up on.
  I called back and the "customer service" option went straight to voicemail.
  I called back and again, straight to voicemail.
  I saw the complaints on BBB and am canceling my order at this point and am leaving this information for others to know about my experience with this company.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not want to refund my money after contacting them to cancel my order because I purchased a better engine from another company. I have been emailing them and calling them almost everyday. All they do is give me the runaround.

  Our records show that you placed your order on Friday the 4th. You left a voicemail for us on Saturday when we were closed for the weekend asking to cancel the order. We actioned this request Monday the 7th. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the order cancelled before it shipped.
  
  However, we did get you a return label to ship it back to use free of charge, and we issued full refund.

  Order a 3800 dollar engine from them. I discovered it no longer needed it. Canceled my order but had trouble getting to customer service at first. After a short period maybe 1 or 2 hours received a call from the COO who was very nice and helpful and said that they're working on fixing their reputation for customer service. I received emails stating refund was issued and had it that day. COO called me again following day for a follow up. No complaints here. As far as I'm concerned they did a great job correcting a mistake that wasn't even their fault.

  Bought a USED turbo off their website, ended up not needing it, I set up a return, out of nowhere they told me there’s a restocking fee on the part, even though on their returns it mentions nothing of a restocking fee. I called their customer service, the customer service agent was rude. I told him to have a manager contact me, that never happened, it’s been a month. What a crap company.

  Horrible service and a scam. I paid $3300 for a transmission and was given a delivery time and place. Paid people to be there after receiving a call to confirm delivery. Truck shows up and they open the truck. NO TRANSMISSION! spent $270 delivery fee, $300 on labor and not transmission. Call their “support” and its people working at home that have no idea to help other than ways to charge you more money. I asked for it to be delivered to another location so I don’t have to pay people again for a delivery that never showed up and they said they would for a $55 fee and additional costs from the carrier service. So I’m out almost $4000 and no transmission…RUN AND RUN FAST FROM USING THIS COMPANY!! It’s a scam

  DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an engine and got it delivered directly to the shop. The first thing they do is call me and say “hey the engine we received we’re looking at it and all the wire harnesses connection have been cut”. So that was additional fees on top of already paying labor cost to get it installed. So I drive the car and the engine light comes on and it starts making an excessive noise coming from the engine. I take it to the dealership and come to find out the engine is bad and they recommend a replacement engine as the fix. Automotix said they would have to send an inspector out to confirm their diagnostics. He came and inspected the engine and said it was bad but he didn’t communicate anything with me or the dealership. The dealership called me and stated that they were face to face with a new engine and were waiting on my word to proceed with the process of installment. So I contacted Automotix about covering labor cost because I just spent 3 grand to get the previous one installed so I couldn’t afford to spend that again. They told me they were unable to do so and I was unable to speak to someone higher up in the company. They would contact him for me and ask him to reach out to me. I’ve been waiting for that call for over a month now and I have called several times in between and received the same response. This company seems fraudulent for sure. I think they are scamming people out of their money. They also stated that when purchasing online which everyone will do , because who calls to make a purchase? It isn’t stated that you will have to purchase a separate warranty to cover labor cost on the site. To do so you will have to call automotix. This was told to me after multiple phone calls of trying to resolve the issues. Who’s gonna call right after it states that you have coverage when you purchase a product from a supposedly reputable company? So DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We do require that all engine warranties be inspected by an ASE certified-licensed repair facility.   I don't think people quite understand what this site is for. These are dirt cheap parts for broken components. If you know what you're doing in an engine you should be able to fix one with the parts on this site. If you really think you're going to get a Grade A transmission for 200 dollars you're insane.

  Paid $ ******* for engine. The engine does not work. company refusing to exchange or return the money stating that once the part is installed the warranty is voided . The biggest scamming company..

  I would give it 0 stars. They sent me the wrong part twice and then kept saying theyd call me back and never did. I think they were trying to get me off the phone. One person lied to me claiming I already got a refund when I didnt. They eventually admitted they dont have the part at all even though its advertised on the site that they do. I had to eventually demand a refund.
