The plan of operation of the business has been to enter into contracts with civic organizations, whereby the company agrees to furnish a certain number of cook books, and other publications to a sponsoring organization. The sponsoring organization assists in conducting an advertising campaign to be conducted by the company's advertising representative and a representative of the organization.
