    Out of date equipment and very unprofessional at the Liberty Location on Ash Dr, they will tell you that you will not fit in their equipment if they feel like your too big for their machine so do not go if you are over 250lbs. I talked to ****** * the manager who stated she could not give me the business directors contact information. Very unpleased especially after the long 3 hour drive with my disabled son to find out the size of my kidney mass due to kidney cancer and I couldn't even be seen. Horrible place!!

    We are truly sorry about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to make such a long trip, especially under the difficult circumstances you described. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to complete your MRI. We strive to accommodate every patient safely and respectfully. However, there are situations where we are unable to perform a scan safely, and it is imperative we adhere to our safety protocols and equipment guidelines to ensure the well-being of all patients. We want to reassure you that our imaging equipment is not outdated. We use advanced imaging equipment at all Element locations, and all equipment is regularly maintained to provide the best care possible. We apologize again that we were unable to complete your scan, and we wish you the best.
