    Company claims they paid us and input proper information to receive funds in a timely manner. The next day they claimed that they didn’t have proper information to send funds but charged our card for fuel expenses 6/6/25 from the same account. they also charged additional fees for express pay that takes one to two hours, but we are a week in and have not received any funds. Verified with our bank multiple times each day that the funds were never sent over or bounced back. Company never provided a tracking number after we requested multiple times to provide to our bank but claim they wired/ACH. Business keeps stating that they resolved the issue every passing day but we still have not received funds and each time we call for an update they continue to say they sent funds or say it’s on our banks end. They are claiming that the express pay option is inactive, but invoice 4 cleared and we received funds from that invoice 6/6/2025

    Serveal issues with this factoring company on 5/15/2025 factor serval loads with different C rate and b rate company. About 1:13 pm I notice my app processing has not move forward. Reach to RTS asking what is the issue state to me the paperwork was great things was just slow today. Was told than I reach out ****** * who explains to me that my Dba was not set up with fmsca. As the name appears I went back with this lady for almost a month. Now and very hard to explain to someone who no nothing about trucking. I tried reaching out too my sales lady name ***** * who ignore me since she hook me. I didn’t receive a email requesting things that fmsca says you or not required to get longest you or a local hauling company that doesn’t cross state lines. So we don’t need a Dba if you only have a dot local hauler. FMSCA law for the state Louisiana states if you or not a insterstate company you don’t need a dot number in state Louisiana all that’s need is a name on truck truck number city and state and phone number for company. Told this to ****** * on 5/15/2025 rts made a decision to tell my company a lie about sending a email. After reaching out to ****** * and speaking to her. And telling us all we need is a Dba which is something my company doesn’t need. But we got it for them RTS. On 5/15/2025 I spoke with 2 representatives and 3rd one which is ******* told me a bold face lie and keep my company money of 5300 RTS. Factoring company doesn’t have a right to tell a company what they can and can’t have. Brokers makes the decision on who can and can’t haul for them not a factoring company and my company meets every law that brokers requires. I book loads with big companies and they pay RTS before 60 days. I have ask serval times for a new team. After speaking to ****** * I call Landstar and ask do I have the right requirements and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and was told you have everything a intrastate I have so many questions taxes so many 5300 that you guys took.

    Breach of contract: They are asking us for lease agreements for trucks in our fleet when in the contract it doesnt mention anywhere that we must provide that. We have done business with them for 3 years and this is the first time they ask us for it. Now they are threatening to no longer fund our account.

    I worked with RTS financial last in 2022. My truck burnt down and I told them I no longer needed factoring because I no longer had a box truck that required factoring for loads. It is now 2025 and I am working with a new factoring company, as RTS is a horrible company and I would never work with them again for numerous reasons. I am currently trying to get a Letter of Release so that one of my brokers can release payment to my new factoring company. I have attempted to get in contact with RTS to resolve this issue and to get the Letter of Release, however I am being given the run around. (Much similar to my experience when doing business with them). Their communication is horrible, they don’t answer phone calls, and the only way to receive correspondence regarding an issue is via email, which is very slow, unnecessary, and inconvenient. (Also much like my experience when doing business with them). I have not factored a load in over 3 years, and all of my account balances are clear. This should have been a quick and easy process of only a few minutes to receive the Letter of Release. However, they are dragging it out over days greatly disturbing snd hindering business production. I simply want my Letter of Release so that I can continue business and factoring with my new company.

    I've been trying to leave my contract with rts for about 2 months now. I keep getting the run-a-round and they have not provided me with any information. I feel, they are purposely ignoring my emails, app messages, and phone calls to avoid letting me out of this contract. I just want to be released from my contract so I can move on to another factoring company. This decision was made after there was a 3 month window of being completely ignored by my rep.

    We have gone back and forth multiple times with this customer disputing the same things over and over. We have call logs proving that our representatives spoke with him 13 times in the three-month timeframe he references, the escrow he mentions was applied to the EFT as per his contract and his buyout to go to a different factoring company has officially been processed. At this point, there is nothing else we can offer the customer to satisfy his complaints. While we understand this back and forth can be normal, we have now reached the point where there is nothing else to be said. Are you able to assist us in resolving and/or closing this complaint as answered? If not, can you please advise what else we need to do to get us across the finish line? Thank you.

    While there may have been 13 calls, it's because I wasn't getting my phone calls returned and i had to continuously call back. Let's also not forget all the in app messages. 

    The issue is neglect, and your last message is providing 13 calls, (probably more to be honest) many of those would be initiated by myself, because I wasn't getting return calls from my rep.  Haidar left rts, and we were neglected. That is indisputable.  

    Refund the etf of 2744.00, and the escrow amount of 1000.00 is the only acceptable solution. 

    Rts breached contract, and just because your company is big doesn't make it ok to bully small, honest business.  And while you sit on your big piles of cash eating from your silver spoon, small businesses like mine continue to struggle daily.  Shame on you.

    RTS refuses to change our bank account. It has been three weeks and every time they come back with a rebuttal. They are refusing to do their job in which what we pay them for.

    Every time they treat me as if I’m in the wrong when they have no accountability, no care or concern, they literally leaving me out in the cold right now and they could care less.

    I’d really like if they stepped up and just been good people. These people are what’s wrong with the world. It’s all about greed and money money money money money money money money money money money money.

    My business is on hold because of some documents that were sent multiple times to them and I even have copies of the documents as well. I resent them and the companies they were asking it from also sent them multiple times. I just want my reserves and release letter.

    reviewing your account, we see that on 1/6/2025, we issued a general release
    letter. Due to an MCA lien notice, we were
    legally unable to release the reserves at that time. After many communications, we received
    the UCC termination from the MCA lender on 1/27/2025, and then we released the
    reserves that very same day via wire to get you your funds as quickly as
    possible. Please see the attached documentation regarding our communications. Please

    RTS Financial has declined letting multiple carriers factor their invoices for loads hauled with our brokerage. RTS is stating we pay in 44 days which is false. It has caused us to lose thousands of dollars in business. Our terms are net 30 and we often pay upon receipt if requested from carriers. Some carriers haul for us and we have to pay them via comchecks and other means causing hundreds of dollars in transaction fees because RTS is stating false information and will not work with us to resolve.

    On or about the beginning of November 2024 we decided to get a factoring company due to needing to get a factoring company and being advised by brokers that we needed to obtain one, this business is highly recommended online, so we chose to go with RTS. It started off bad because an unknown credit check was completed without my consent. Upon speaking with **** ****** and his response was I am sorry I did it without asking. My fiancé ******* ***** took care of all the paperwork for the business and was not informed either. Her credit was also ran without notice. After signing up we began to attempt to start factoring. We were then informed that there was an $1000.00 charge for service and that they dont cover hauling vehicles. Our business is hauling freight and cars, they were aware of this before setup. Once we found out about this we wanted to terminate the contract. No business had been done and no money was paid out. We contacted **** again and he said he would terminate contract within a few days. It has been two weeks. Our new factoring company (Triumph) made contact with RTS and there was a UCC lean put on our business. That they were not able to do business with us unitl that lean was removed. It has been over two weeks at this point and the lean still stands. This is hurting our business very much. I am owed over $10,000.00 and not able to get access to any funds due to RTS not withholidng their agreement. They have me in a stronghold, and have control of my business. Triumph said that this is what they do, and they are known for doing this. They have a current rating of F and over 75 complaints.
