    On 6/9 I purchased tickets to the MASA tickets in Phoenix. My tickets I bought are under transaction ******** for 662.60. I have an extra charge for 669.50 transaction ********* * was only delivered 1 SET IF TICKETS ,I can clearly show from Ticketmastèrs website

    Hello,

    We had our customer support team take a closer look into the orders. Order number **************** was placed at 11:58 pm ET on June 8 and a second order was placed 16 minutes later at 12:14 am ET on June 9 with the order number *****************


    Both orders had the exact same billing information entered during the checkout process and there was no technical glitch or system error that caused a duplicate order to be created. The tickets from both orders have been transferred to the email address used to place the orders.

    U have been in contact and actually have a email where Ticketsmarter actually does, in fact, acknowlege there was an issue. Please find email attached. It took ALOT of effort, but they DO admit an issue!

    Hello,

    Our customer support team has worked with the ticket seller to provide the customer with a courtesy cancellation on one of the orders that she placed. However, the customer must return the tickets that she accepted in order for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Our customer support team has attempted to reach out to the customer via phone to assist the customer with returning the tickets, but the customer has been unresponsive to the phone calls. Once the customer returns the tickets to the seller, the customer support team can process the cancellation and initiate a refund.

    I bought tickets for billy idol and joan jet for a toronto concert for Friday may 23rd ... I never received the tickets ...nor have I received a refund thru countless emails and now they don't even answer emails ... tottaly ignored and tottaly scamed

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We had our customer support team investigate this matter. The ticket seller did initiate a ticket transfer for the event. The customer's email address has four underscores in a row and it appears that the ticket seller incidentally missed one of the underscores when entering the email address for the ticket transfer. Our customer support team has initiated a refund for the order due to this error by the ticket seller. Additionally, our customer support team has been responsive to all communications from the customer. The customer has received the customer support team's emails as the customer has replied directly to the customer support team's emails.

    I Purchased 4 concert tickets from Ticketsmarter. I wanted to sell 1 of them. They would not separate the tickets so that I could sell one. I believe I was tricked by the name of the company that was intentionally made to imitate the name of ************, a legitimate company that readily allows the resale of individual tickets.

    I’m filing a complaint about a ticket I purchased through TicketSmarter for the Metallica concert on April 26 at Rogers Centre in Toronto. I believed I was purchasing through Ticketmaster, but after the transaction, I realized it was a different site.

    The ticket was delivered via a publicly accessible link, not through a secure transfer or Ticketmaster account. This means anyone with the link can access and use the ticket, making it insecure and potentially invalid. The ticket was not tied to my name, email, or any account.

    I contacted TicketSmarter support but have not received a resolution. I believe this purchase was fraudulent or misrepresented, and I am requesting a full refund through your dispute resolution process.

    I have saved all transaction details, the email confirmation, the ticket link, and my communication with their support team.

    Please let me know if any further documentation is needed.

    Today, Friday, March 21, 2025, I purchased two tickets for a spring training baseball game and then realized the tickets never appeared in account. The transaction was pending. Then I looked online and read about this being a scam and not legitimate.

The tickets were delivered to via a mobile transfer through the Ticketmaster Account Manager. Due to an error in our system, the ticket delivery information incorrectly stated that the tickets were located in the MLB Ballpark app. Our customer support team has provided a full refund on this order after they located the error.

    No refund on tickets for price is right event at route 66 casino. Refund is because of event reschedule to later time because of weather

    The Price Is Right Live! event held at Route 66 Casino Hotel was postponed to a later start time on the original scheduled date due to weather-related travel issues for the Price Is Right Live! team. The full event was occurred at the new start time. Per the TicketSmarter Terms & Conditions (***********************************), tickets for all postponed and rescheduled events remain valid for entry to the rescheduled time/date and are ineligible for refunds.

    I just bought tickets from TicketSmarter. Minutes after I saw all the awful reviews online about TricketSmarter not delivering purchased tickets to customers, and immediately asked for a refund. They refused to issue a refund because the transaction was completed. How do they have an “A” rating on BBB? They are a total scam.

    I bought two tickets to a concert for Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 scheduled at Pier 17 in New York City.

    Upon arrival to the venue we were turned away at the door when security told us that the event was postponed/cancelled due to the heavy thunder and lightning storms.

    I attached a picture to prove it. We waited several hours before we went home for the evening.

As such, Social House Entertainment handles any support matters for their events. From the screenshot that you provided, it appears that you purchased the tickets directly from the Tacos and Tequila Festival website. Additionally, the order number that you provided does not match the typical format for TicketSmarter orders. According to the FAQs on the festival’s website, customers who encounter any issues with their ticket order will need to send an email.     Went to what I thought was the place to buy tickets to a concert (from the vendor)
    Put my order in for some of the best seats. They confirmed the purchase for the box seats. I did not receive my tickets right away so I called ticketsmarter. I asked when I would receive my tickets and they told me I would get the tickets 2 days before the event. Over the phone I confirmed my seats were box seats. At this time I realized they were a 3rd party seller. 2 days prior to the event I couldn’t access my tickets, the day of the event I finally got a hold of them .They informed me my box tickets were not available. They gave me crappy grandstand seats with a blocked view. They also only sent me 1 ticket even though I ordered 2. I could have purchased box seats elsewhere had I known my seats were not available. They pulled a bait and switch at the last minute. This is a scam to sucker you in and stick you with crap no one wants. Customer service basically told me tough luck.

    TicketSmarter is a ticket resale marketplace where third-party sellers can list their inventory for sale. The sellers are responsible for setting the price of the tickets, which may be above or below face value. We had our customer support team look into this matter and they confirmed that the customer placed the order on 12/6/2023 for seats in Section Box C. Unfortunately, the ticket seller was unable to provide the tickets in time for the event. When situations like this occur, our customer support team will attempt to provide alternate tickets for the event.

    They were able to locate alternate tickets and sent an offer to the customer via email on 8/8/2024 at 10:16 AM ET. A support representative also called the customer on that same day around 11:30 AM ET, explaining that the original tickets could not be delivered. As the location of the alternate tickets was in Section J, which was located behind the original section, a discount was offered due to the difference in the seat value. The representative offered the customer a full refund or alternate tickets along with the discount, which was accepted by the customer. As the alternate tickets option was accepted and delivered in time for the event, all sales remain final.
