    They sent my bill to collections and blame me for not paying on time when ive never gone a month without making a payment. i was told over the phone that so long as i made a payment it would be fine. then they sent my bill to collections because i was a week past my regular payment cycle but it was still the same month!!!
    they said "its in the statments we mail out" but i dont GET those statements?!?! their customer service tells you two different things and leaves you on the hook. its unreal.
    "oh im sorry for your experience", no youre ****** not. NO NOTICE nothing!!!!

    This is a scam. I received an invoice from Envision Physician Services via email, never on paper. I am extremely organized with all my medical payments. When I called the hospital to see what this was about, everything checks out paid on their end.

    This supposed "invoice" apparently never made it to my insurance company either.

    THIS IS A SCAM.

    A month ago, My daughter was seen at the Hospital and provided all important information for insurance purposes since my daughter was insured. Months later I get separate bills gave them a call and no one answers, tried to log into their site, and the site doesnt work. I have been trying for weeks to call to find out what happened because we have excellent insurance. No one wants to help, i get no responses, i even sent emails, and nothing.

    In 2022, I had two heart procedures done. ******** ****************** provided services during both and billed through Envision Physician Services. My insurance paid their portion and I was left with copays. As the two bills came in payments were made in 2022. Then I started getting a request for a third copay for one of the procedure. I called and explained to customer service. Was told to ignore and check back in a couple weeks. Another statement came and again customer service was called. With the same response. When the third statement came I made copies of payments they received and the services insurance had paid for and what our portion was. Got no response. Sent the same thing to ******************* hopes the could verify my info was correct and their letter came back as the office is now closed. Additional statements came and I continued to reach out to Envision for an explanation of what the payment was for. I was in the midst of emails with customer service and the charges were sent back to be reviewed when I received another statement as a final notice in June of 2023. I have now waited over 20 days for a review of the charges with no results. I made the third copay payment to maintain my good credit rating going in to retirement. So frustrated with this collection service. Will continue to request a refund every week until there is some response. I gave one star because it can't be submitted with out a rating.

    Envision Physician Services is billing me via email. I have requested a paper bill, but they will not send one. An email bill also requires that I pay over the internet, which is a security risk.All other medical providers have billed by **** mail, and I have paid by check. I regularly receive phishing emails, and this company is encouraging unsafe practices, especially by the elderly, who are more subject to scams.
